After 40 minutes being put through three times and continually giving my information to the robots. Finally get through to an agent named Ricardo ( Very Rude and dismissive attitude) tells me I'm at the wrong place and just redirected my call back to the robots. I am extremely livid and flipping disgusted with the treatment
Extremely slow and Unprofessional assistance/ Service. Service Agent, Nokwethemba Sikhakhana does not respond on emails or answer calls. Her tone and level of Service is putrid and desires a huge amount of improvement. We send in required documents to her and only responds if and when we query. No updates given , we are extremely dissapointed with the level of service from SA Homeloans. We will definitely not endorse SA Homeloans or recommend them to anyone. I am p****d off with all the delays in service, app**** around 10th December and process still not completed.
Busses for my route and pickup times have no pitched. Was at the bus stop now for an hour. This is ridiculous. No show for Eastlynne 2 route.
I have contacted Discovery Bank three time for them to assist me with a document that needs to be stamped and returned to me. Every consultant has NO idea how to assist me and gives me a reference with a promise of processing my request within 24hrs. It has been 72hrs since my last call and a week since my first interaction. This is pathetically slow and poor service.
My chronic medication is delivered late again 3rd month running, MARARA Pharmacy has delivered half of the prescription and NOW tell me that I owe a co-payment.......
Good afternoon Once again I have not received my Chronic medication within the time frame. I am now without my MEDICATION for two days. GEMS AND MARARA PHARMACY HAS FAILED ME! I am being disappointed by GEMS over and over again. The call centre agent promised to contact the courier company to confirm what went wrong with my delivery BUT never returned to me with any information. I am ****ED OFF!
After submitting my chronic medication prescription, it is now two weeks and NO communication from GEMS (and NO delivery) Contacted GEMS 3 times today without success for my queries. I am without my medication..... GEMS DOES NOT CARE!
Submitted a Extended Warranty claim for a TV repair. First contact the consultant promised a turnaround time of 48hrs This did not materialise. Second interaction was via the Email platform to thier service department to which i received a response with promises of prompt services. Needless to say it is now 5 days later and no communication at all. So now I have a total of 11days since I submitted my initial request. This is pathetic.
I have spent approximately R250(5-6 calls) worth of airtime calling in to the call centres, with reference to my Xtraview (secondary) decoder not receiving a signal.... Keep getting agents putting me through the same tedious exercises of disconnecting and reconnecting or rebooting my decoder with no change in my connection status. This has been ongoing now for Two weeks..... ????♂️ I've sent an email request of which I was told that it is an extra view issue and an ExtraView specialist will contact me within an hour..... That was two days ago...... I'm still waiting for DStv to contact me as they said this is now an escalated query.... ????♂️ Absolute Useless service and service agents
