It’s a hassle trying to get through to your company, I’ve been trying for 2 weeks, I’d like to cancel my group life cover please I no longer require it I eventually managed to get through to you, Obakeng answered the call to transfer me to a colleague that can assist with my request, the transfer gets unanswered and I get thrown back into the loop for the next available consultant Come on man, how complicated can a cancelation be? I’m infuriated at this point!
I ordered a shower door on the 7th of December and made payment, the store/ consultants never initiated any feedback to this day, I called on the 7th of March and they confirmed that they have the stock, I went to the store on the 22nd of March and they didn’t have the door, Sipho assisted me on the 22nd and promised to have the door delivered on Saturday the 23rd, I explained to him that I am a pensioner and I am not mobile and it costs me money each time having to go into the store, it is the 26th of March and the door has still not been delivered and I haven’t heard a word from the store.

I took out a service plan with Dotsure about 8 months ago and when claiming they informed me that they do not sell service plans I have been going back and forth with the company for a week now, with failure to come to a conclusion; I submitted a complaint to their resolutions department, it’s 5 days later with no feedback, I am frustrated because my vehicle needs to be serviced and it is not my problem if your sales consultants are *********** and didn’t disclose to me that “this is not a service plan” well I’ve been paying you for a service plan, I’m quite annoyed at this point Pay me back all of my premiums since your consultant sold me a service plan, simple.

Telkom’s service is poor! I spoke to 3 different people over the course of 3 weeks and I got 0 assistance and attitude issues! I made a manual payment to Telkom for my fibre service and they debited my account, I asked for a refund, the First Lady who assisted me told me that she processed the refund, the Second Lady indicated that my refund had not been processed and that I should expect a call within 48 hours, and to my surprise! I’ve received no feedback till this day, the 3rd lady told me that it is too late to process a refund I am ****ed off to say the least, highly annoyed, I want my damn money and your service sucks!
I cancelled my policy 26th April and requested for a refund, I still haven’t received my refund…
I am really annoyed with Telkom, to the core!!! I payed for my fibre on the 21st of April and received confirmation of payment, still for them to go and debit my damn account on the 29th of April!!!! I want my money back! How the heck can you expect me to pay for a service twice that stays off half the time because of ****** loadshedding!
