This ****en vodacom takes me for an idiot after submitting *****ulent amount owed and submitting the necessary documents thess ****en ****** think that they can ignore me and debit R7126 *****ulent amount.These mother ****ers have a another think coming I'm not gonna mother ****en be ****** by these ****en ******.Swear to you they better taste my ****en patience 😤 and they will get all of Me!!!!!!!!!! ****en pieces of ****!!!!!!!
These ****** at vodacom every month I must be submitting a *****ulent amount and doing an affidavit for the same exact cause.An e-sim is claimed to have been performed on my 0723721008 number an even more so.An amount of R1999.99 is claimed to have been made for a Google playstore purchase.First I cannot and have never made a Google playstore purchase and also vodacom only debits the contract amount and no purchase can ever be made by me using vodacom on the playstore.The device of 0723721008 is not even e-sim compatible therefore there is no way an e-sim can ever be performed on this device.How is my physical sim on my device still working if an e-sim swop was performed on my device. To proof that this is an insider **** the 0793778117 does not even have Google services and yet it has made the exact same amount of R1999.99 without Google services on the playstore.The device is also not e-sim compatible but it also has an e-sim swop performed and yet the physical sim of this device also works. On the On 10 August 2025, 13 September 2025 and 12 December 2025 the exact same *****ulent amount were performed. These ****** think the they can ***** as a customer by having me pay R7162.82 for purchases I never made and yet they damn well still call me a valuable customer.If vodacom this they can make the amount from that please call me case by *****ing us as paying customers to make up for there lose then they have damn messed with the wrong customer. There ****** will still reply have and say they are communicating with thr customer and that links should not be clicked no ****en links were clicked here. There is no ****en way I'm paying R7162.82 for purchases I never made!!!!!!.
This damn canal+ is not even in charge for 2 months already they are proofing to ******.I've never had a payment issue on my account ever until now.They damn well tell me a paid subscription doesn't reflect on their side even though it's already on the dates it's usually paid. Even when I damn we sent them proof of payment these ****** don't respond.How the hell have I not paid what is already paid. I'm not damn well paying for a connection fee on already paid on time account.
On 10th August 2025 and 13th September 2025.I submitted a ***** dispute form with affividavit disputing the same *****ulent amount on my account for the very same two reason an e-sim swap that I never performed on devices that are not even e-sim compatible and secondly it claims google purchases made by my devices.While no Google purchases were ever made and one of the devices doesn't even have Google services and yet it has the exact same *****ulent amount purchased.This was the same damn *****ulent amount for the exact same reason on 10th August 2025 and 13th September 2025.These damn ****** cooking numbers for the consumer and damn well makes it seem that the consumer made these *****ulent purchases and the *****s keep doing the very exact same **** every month hoping that the consumer will never notice.That bull**** will not ****en happen to me.This damn vodacom allows and promotes this **** to happen to its customers.Here is the biggest bull**** they keep replying here that the are talking or resolving that matter with the customer in private and yet the same *****ulent amount keeps happening!!!!!!!!!
This Absa Home Loan thinks I'm an idiot.On Tuesday the 30 September 2025 they deduct the home loan debit amount.Just today 1st October 2025.My home loan is in arrears by the same amount they just deducted the day before instead of my principal amount owed going down after the interest cap and admin amount have been subtracted.It damn well goes up amount by the same amount deducted on Tuesday the 30 September which is in arrears the 1st October 2025 despite the damn amount being deducted from my account.What the **** is going what bull**** is this?
For the past two months I have had to go to the police station to write an affidavit that the amount of R7282.94 on my vodacom account is *****ulent. Despite having damn well done this again this month.This ****en vodacom (there is no euphemism for how I feel).They damn well still send me a ****en sms that they will be debting R7282.94 this month even though this amount is *****ulent. It claims an e-sim swap on devices that are not e-sim swap compatible.It claims google purchases from the playstore despite my account with them on being voice minutes and data.These ****** who work there cook account amounts to ***** the customer and vodacom is too happy to allow it.I swear they ****en debt this *****ulent amount **** is gonna happen. I cannot keep submitting affidavit of *****ulent amount of R7282.94 every ****en month and the same **** happens the next month again!!!!!!!****en ******!!!!!!!!
Last month I shared or wrote here that I had a situation with Vodacom regarding the amount that I owe and that this amount was *****ulent in that it claimed that I did an e-sim swap on two devices that are not e-sim compatible and also claimed that in both devices that I had made playstore google purchases worth R2000.00 in each devices and that these purchases were added on the amount that I owe.These devices have debit amount of R613.84 and R312.00 per month and yet according to Vodacom I owe R7282.94.Last month I had to do an affidavit stating these were not my purchase and that my devices are not e-sim compatible and there is no way that I could have been able to an e-sim swap and that also the device of R312.00 does not even have google services so how the hell can the device have purchased from the playstore for R2000.00.These devices have only voice minutes and data bundles and no purchase on the playstore using Vodacom these are *****ulent done by Vodacom and insiders to ***** me the customer. There reply is that they deleted the e-sim swap of course you did because you had done the damn e-sim swap without my consent and that those playstore purchases are also not mine.That R7282.94 from devices with R613.84 and R312.00 cannot never have gone to such an amount.That can’t even damn well tell what was purchase at the damn playstore but a cooked amount *****ulent was done on my damn account by them them to ***** rob the customer!!!!! This damn Vodacom is a ***** and cooks account to have customer over pay on amount a person never did!!!!!!!!
On the 20th of July 2025.My mobile number with vodacom couldn't make any calls access any data or even receive sms's.I call vodacom on another number to ask why is my phone number unable to access the network.I get told that my phone has been blocked due to ***** and that my number is under investigation until then my phone number won't access the vodacom nettwork.On the 21st July 2025 I get called at around 17H25 and get told that my phone number is back on the network and I can now access the network again. On the 2nd of August I log into the vodapay to have a look at my account and I find a ridiculous amount of R7259.72 that I owe.I call vodacom to query this outrageous amount and get told that the people dealing with this matter cannot be access over the weekend and that I will be contacted on Monday the 4th of August 2025 which today.At 09H00 I make the call to vodacom myself since nobody is calling me back.I get referred to the accounts department through the phone and while this account person is checking my account the phone conviently gets purposefully switch off. Upon numerous phone calls to vodacom with referrals to the same account department that keeps switching off the call while they check my account. That this is a vodacom inside ***** where people who work there at vodacom are targeting accounts such as mine and adding debit bills to fixed contracts in order to **** the customer in paying more than the customer should and that calling this call centre sends you to the same people involved on this ****. This damn vodacom is allowing customer accounts to be edited and cooked my insiders who are ****ming customers!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mother buys 128Gb sd card SanDisk Product Code:000000000010290441 discounted at R229 until 31st March 2025 normal price R359.The discount is app**** when a plus more card is used.The cashier at the store applies the plus more card I get the email receipt charged at the normal R359 and not the discounted R229.I call my mother while at the store to ask that cashier to correct that because it's not the discounted price.The cashier gives my mother the cashiers receipt charged at R259 and not the discounted R229.I call her again saying that is still not the promotional price that must be corrected again.This time the receipt is not send to my email instead an instore cashiers receipt given to my mother promised that in 10 days the extra R130 charged on her debt card will be returned to her account.When my mother gets we check her account and notice that the normal debited R359 is still there and there is no app**** discount.I log a complaint with HiFi corporation #9000407063.The manager calls asking me to respond to an attached pdf file of a returned Hisense product thar isn't about the complaint and I note this in the email response also staring what my complaint is about.Still waiting for a response on that.In the mean time I compare the emailed receipt with the receipt my mother is given and I noticed that the one she is given is not a customer receipt but a cashiers receipt. Therefore what the cashier then does is take the balance of the discount on the till to keep while the customer is ****** in being fooled that the discount is coming in the next says.People watch your slips and also ask that the discounted amount be the one you actually swiping for and not thar it will be returned to you on a separate day because it's not coming. The manager with the cashier are accomplices in *****ing the customer and being rude at the same time.
These damn ****** who work at Absa target individuals who request there Natis Document after completion of the agreement payment of the vehicle. This is done in two ways one when an account is settled before its due date.A manual adjustment amount keeps showing up every Monday as a remaining balance even though it is settled and when sending absa vehicle a complaint about this there is no reply.When the email is send to absa complaints department a reference number is issued with a response stating the query will be responded to in 3-4 days.This is an automated email.Immediatley a spam email come after that one named absaonline.co.za asking you to click on that link for further assistance.It doesn't end the the second attempt by these ****** inside there is to send you an debit check of an amount to be debited in your account named absa Limited and when rejecting this suspicious debit check it just keeps creeping up over and over again despite the many rejection.This is clearly done by insiders to rob bank users or clients referring this matter to absa complaints just leeds to another spam email to click on that link,including asking for physical addresses and I'd number to verify that you the individual who is complaining when the link won't resolve matter but instead it targets your bank balance with suspicious transaction.Often ******** are look at from the outside but there are even more ********s from the inside out.
