Bad Customer Service!!!
Worst Service Ever!!!! The one star was very generous, because truly speaking this service provider deserves zero stars. The customer service is really bad and highly unprofessional. The sense of urgency and how they service their customers' needs to be re-evaluated. The constant follow ups and run arounds that I had to do as a customer was very confusing? They made it seem like they were doing a favour for me, for a service that I paid for - lol! I cancelled my subscription with them, will never come back or want to re-join, and will also not recommend to any of my family and friends.

The owner is a ****. I paid him for return trips in PTA & CPT. He only delivered 1/2 of the services and the cars in which I paid for were not the cars that I got quoted for. He then further did not deliver on the boat cruise that I paid for. He said he would give me my R3k refund and he still hasn’t given it. I have POP’s and screenshot as evidence. Please may I get advise on how to get my money back. I’ve been asking since the 31st of Dec 2023

Medicross Silverton
Medicross, specifically Medicross Silverton is not a place I would recommend, particularly the dentist part of it. It doesn't show that its a private facility. Their processes are slow. They are unprofessional and do not give patients feedback like the promised. You always have to chase them and follow up with them. They basically don't care and would leave you in pain. Waste of money and time.

The Blyde Must Fall
Honestly the worst living experience I have ever had. If we don’t have a problem with electricity, it’s the water, or the fibre. To add to the inconveniences we face living there, we are also restricted with access and inviting guests over. I would not recommend anyone to live, rent, purchase at the Blyde. There is no value for money, rather an increase in cost and inconvenience!

Bad customer experience
Bad customer service. Very unprofessional. Don’t keep their word. Bad communication. Overall bad bad bad customer experience. Still waiting for my hair, wondering if it will ever come
