Sarcasm is the norm
When I pointed out I was sent incorrect product syringes I was rep**** to with sarcasm. This happened on two occasions and earlier when asking politely after a lengthy delay where my products were. So its a pattern with them.

WONT COMMUNICATE ON REFUND
Impossible to get our refund. Impossible to get replies. Impossible to get through to their number. We are owed for 3 tickets and that allot of money. DO NOT BOOK WITH GOTOGATE
