Took my trailer for roadworthy at AVTS in Blouberg. Thought nothing of it when a driver drove my car with trailer ( without my permission) across the roadworthy rollers. Only realized later that my jacket had been ****** out of my car. Horrified and disgusted. I belong to a big business with major reach in that area. I will certainly share my unfortunate experience
I think it could be quite a good company.....if they bothered to pick up the phone
Disgusting service. Wouldn't advise anyone to go near Partserve
Since September, I have been trying to sort out as disputed deduction from my account. FNB have still not sorted anything out. The amount is just short of R7000. HERE'S MY PEDICTION ON HOW THEY DEAL WITH THIS BLOG. FNB WILL SEND 2-3 AUTOMATED RESPONSES INFORMING ME THEY WILL HAVE RECEIVED THIS COMPLAINT. THEY WILL INFORM ME SOMEONE WILL GET HOLD OF ME. THEY WILL THEN CHECK THE REFERENCE NUMBER, AND THEN DO NOTHING. HOW DO I KNOW...BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE DONE PREVIOUSLY. Problem is, is that I'm not going away
After having some serious IT issues with my credit card, Discovery bent over backwards to fix the problem. While I'm having a truly horrible experience with FNB, Discovery's experience has been way better.
So here's the result of my post regarding FNB on the 18th November. FNB were very quick to get hold of me. They asked me for correspondence which I sent the following day. True to form since then I've heard NOTHING. Well done FNB. Once again you've proved that talk is cheap. Interestingly enough I had an issue with Discovery at the same time re some IT issues with my credit card. DISCOVERY HAS BEEN AMAZING. THANK YOU DISCOVERY, you have acted exactly opposite to FNB. Discovery phoned me twice after the fault was resolved to check if all was OK. What service. As for you FNB, I'm merrily still sharing my lack of service with you to all and sundry.
FNB's lack of response, avoidance and disinterest been of the highest standard. Never in my 40 years of business experience have I had such a fine example of disgustingly poor service. They excel. I don't get too angry, I just get even, and am happy to say that whenever I get the chance, AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY(and that will be for many years to come), I am telling and will tell my story. The good news is that the damage to their reputation and the loss of income they will lose, because of my story, WILL WAY EXCEED the the money that involves me. My goal is to make sure that they lose millions in revenue by steering existing and potential income away from them. It's my mission. HERE'S MY STORY I subscribed online with a 3rd party(Linked In) on a trial basis, for 1 month, with the option to cancel before the month was up, and thereby, upon cancelling, would not be charged. I cancelled 3 days before the month's trial expired. However, the money was deducted. I was notified immediately via my cellphone the money had been deducted and immediately called FNB. They informed me that the money had not left my account yet and I could log a dispute which they would investigate and that the process would take about 3 weeks and then I would get feedback. Nothing would be paid until the dispute was settled. I logged a dispute and received a reference number. Shortly thereafter I was sent a document to explain how I have tried to resolve this with Linked In. I got hold of my personal banker and informed her that, as is so common now days, I could not get hold of Linked In, so I couldn't resolve it with them. However, I sent all I had, re the cancellation, to my personal banker, who forwarded it to the relevant people. that was 2.5 months ago. While I have had contact with my personal banker regards this, NOT ONCE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE TELEPHONICALLY AT FNB. Not once has my personal banker called me, to give me any updates, information ect. Not once. It's always me who is making the call. They are just not interested. Nothing has been resolved. Simple as that Clients and prospective clients, don't be fooled, when it comes to a bank really supporting you when it counts, FNB IS NOT THAT BANK. Currently looking at other banking options. Discovery and Investec look like options PS: Been a client of theirs for 25 years+.
