The lift @ Kruinpark Hospicare has been dysfunctional for about 2 years. There appears to be no apetite from the "Trust" to fix this problem. This is a "Frail Care Facility". In the last week alone, Mon @ age 90+ had to climb the stairs from the 2nd floor, 23/11/2023 my wif was stuck in the lift between floors.
Our boquet of "Service Excellece" goes to AfriPumps in Fourways, Johannesburg. With the ongoing Municipal water disruptions, we have chosen to install a water backup system with Tanks and a VSD intelligent Booster Pump. Richard and his team are knowledgeable and helped us confige a superior water backup system to meet our needs.
Today 22nd March went to ABSA Clearwater to open a Depositor Plus account @ 14:38. I was told to enter my name & details in the Register. There were two people seated waiting to be served. After 55minutes of waiting I asked what was going on as people who arrived after me were being served. Tried calling their contact number 011 288 5500 from inside the bank, but it just rang and rang. They then started locking up @ 16:30, so I left without being served.
Dopio Zero Cradlestone is our favourite eat-out place. Sitting on the terrance you can see the beautiful Wi****errand Supergroup range which streches 56km from Bedforview to Krugersdorp. The Supergroup range is also where the Famous Walter Sisulu Botantical gardens situated. Dopio Zero Cradlestone never fails to provide excellent service with friendly staff and a superb menu. We have never booked a reservation, however if you want to host a function, it would be advisable to call them first 011 662 2121
Johann and his Team did an excellent job in the supply and installation of a a Solar "Grid Tie" system. On sunny days we are independent of City Power. Zero nada from City Power. My wife and I are thrilled with money well spent on a bespoke solution. Well done Expilcit Electrical.
Old Mutual paid out an Investment into the wrong account - even though they called for a stamped Bank Statement with account details. This Incident was first logged on 13th July. A Policy of my wife matured end June 2019. Old Mutual required document signed and a Bank stamped document confirming banking details. My wife was notified 12th July that the funds had been transferred 3rd July - however, into a different bank account, not belonging to my wife. "We will have to recover the funds from that account before we can transfer to the correct account. WHAAAAAAT ??????? After a phone-call the the Old Mutual Help Desk - Ref Xoliswa that's as good as it gets with these IDIOTS :-(
