Bad service Nedbank and Legatus Trust
My mom passed away two years ago this month. She had appointed nedbank as the executor. Nedbank handed the estate over to Legatus Trust. It has taken two years and the estate is still not finalised. Neo Makoea does not even respond to my emails anymore. I am not sure even where to go anymore to finalize it. I just need to close this sad time but every time I follow up it opens it up again.

Absolute dismal service after being loyal for years
I have been a client for 20 years and in the 24th May someone decided to change me over to pay as you go without my knowledge or consent. I am now trying to sort out the mess but cannot get hold of the call Centre today and the person j spoke to last night said it would be resolved but I am still waiting. Not sure when this became my problem but now I am spending hours trying to sort out!

Empty promises by Lifestyle Galantry
On the 2nd December we contacted lifestyle galantry to do some reupholstery, they quoted, collected and told us it would be ready in six days. We have still not received the furniture despite numerous promises which were made by Raymond and Philemon! The service is shocking!!!! Never use this company. We trusted them and have been treated terribly!

Fabric Fusion theft and fraud
Fabric Fusion fraud and theft! Engaged with the Company on 4 May to have two wingbacks reupholstered! Promised delivery in 4 weeks, we are still waiting!! Every time we phone they say in the next two days! Sent us pics of completed chairs but won’t deliver and won’t tell us where they are! Shahid said we must do what we want as he doesn’t care! Empty promises and the story keeps changing as to why they cannot deliver from Deseray! Took our money! Avoid these crooks!
