GREAT SERVICE WITH AN UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT

MTN UNABLE TO BLACKLIST MY PHONE (LACK OF ACCOUNTABLITY FROM MTN, AFFECTING MY INSURANCE CLAIM)
My phone was stolen on the 1st of Nov and I have been trying to get it blacklisted with MTN. I have called every day to try to resolve the matter but MTN keeps telling me that they need to 1st white list the phone before they black list it. and each time I call to follow up they tell me there was no whitelisting application done, this only means that MTN hires incompetent staff because all the agents that I called ALL SAID the White listing is processed. I NEED HELP AND MTN IS NOT ASSISTING ME IN ANY WAY even at the shop the phone just rings but each time you go there the shop is empty which only means that they ignore calls on purpose. terrible experience with no accountability at all from MTN agents

GREAT SERVICE FROM Ashley Govender (King Price)
Good day I had an issue with my policy and the premium increase that was applied and after just one phone call I received great service from King Price Insurance to try and resolve my issues! Special Thank you to Ashley Govender for the help and going the extra mile to make sure my needs are met.
