USE ANYONE ELSE!!!
ROBEX SA is a flooring company that specialises in floor coating. NEVER consider them for your flooring! They do a terrible job, charge an absolute fortune, and a few weeks afterwards, there are cracks and chips in the floor. They don’t get back to us and are ignoring our messages to them.

NEVER BUY DEFY!!!!
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD!! Waiting for 3 weeks for a small part, then passed around on the phone from person to person and no one helps. That is if they answer the phone.. the service manager is a joke! We will NEVER buy another defy product again… Their name is suitable.

If I could give this utterly useless company no stars I would.. From the time we first made contact with Syam, we’ve had nothing but excuses, and a total lack of communication!!!! It has been 3 months and still we are waiting for the installation of a fairly easy system. We been passed from person to person, and still they just can’t seem to get even a small job right.... Don’t use them please. Rather go with someone else... Terrible, terrible experience!!!!!

Terrible service and lack of knowledge
Been waiting almost 3 months and my internet still doesn’t work properly!! They say they will call back but don’t, it takes forever to get a response and get anything done! Useless service and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Incompetent conman EUGENE!
Hi name is Eugene and he does fireplace installations and bee keeping. Probably a few other dodgy businesses.. he works with a guy named Douw, and his son Paul advertises for him on places like gumtree etc. He is a conman!! He works around the Benoni, east Rand area, but probably does all of Gauteng. He always reeks of alcohol, and he messed up my fireplace so badly, I have to throw EVERYTHING away and start from scratch.. He drives a Renault.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
