I bought an Inverter from Incredible Connections, but is manufactured/distributed from Lalela. Within the 6 month period. I returned the Inverter to Incredible Connection on the 17th February and to date have not received a RESOLUTION. The response I received from Lalela was that "due to loadshedding the batteries do not fall under the warranty", which is not a valid excuse... The service from Lalela is DISGUSTING.
I have just spoken to Michaela from Prepaid24 and must compliment her on the excellent service I received today - Christmas Day. I am very impressed as usual.
I have just dealt with Zachary Frieselaar at Dotsure and what a pleasure. He was so efficient and well informed. It is great to get such quality service. I must compliment you Zachary. Dotsure is definitely one of the best companies to deal with.

It is such a pleasure dealing with the consultants at Dotsure. They are so efficient. All my insurance needs (home and car) are with Dotsure. I definitely would not change to another Insurance Company. Keep up the excellent customer service.
What is wrong with the Accounts Department at the Buffalo City Municipality? They do not answer their phones and it is useless going into their branch in Gonubie as they cannot help you. Last month, they finally sorted out my Water account only to find that this month's account is once again INCORRECT. I take a weekly reading of my water meter and this is handed into the Gonubie Municipality on time once a month. They have now done my reading dates from June. Come on, surely somebody must take responsibility. Buffalo City is meant to be a Metro!!
On the 21st October I had an operation at The Eye Centre, East London. This is a small private hospital, which only has 2 operating theatres. I was so impressed with the hospital and wonderful staff. The staff are excellent and so caring. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable before your procedure.
