One thing about MTN the do not care about their customers, even if you launch a complaint/Revie, there’s never a Respinse from them, if you are still thinking about taking out a contract with the… DONT!
I had 2 contracts with MTN, one for Data and one for a device, the one for a device was coming to an end and I decided to not do an upgrade rather cancel, I then initiated a cancellation of the 3rd of April which was completed and was advised to pay a final amount by the 3rd of May.. all well and good payment done. the one contract that i now have remaining for Data MTN did not debit my account as normal, I then decided to call the contact center to check why I was not debited and how much I needed to pay if I were to make a Cash payment, the person that I spoke to said to me that I owed R11000+ for early cancellation of my device contract, my question to him was How come because my contract had already been paid up and cancelled, the guy could not give me an answer and hung up the call, called a different person, the lady logged a query for me last week Thursday and then advised I could do a follow up on Saturday, when I followed up, No joy... No one can tell me what is going on... Is this really how a customer should be treated? I do not owe them this amount and this makes absolutely no sense to me that no one at MTN can help me!
I bought a bed online, paid for it in November, to date I have not received it, sent an email to enquire about my delivery there was no response, I then called in some time in December and was advised that they had attempted delivery but they could not find my place and I should then make an arrangement to come and collect it in Cornubia, mind you I stay in Stanger and I do not have a vehicle to pick a bed up in hence I bought online! I advised the person I was speaking to about this and she said she would get back to as they do not have any deliveries scheduled for my area... How? When my my bed has not been delivered yet!.. I called in 2 days later to find what was going on (she did not get back to me) to my surprise apparently she noted down that I said I would be collecting... How when I don't have a Van?, the guy then says he will get back to me he needs to check something, I let them be during the holidays thinking when the year kicks off they would be on top of their game... I called this morning and I find out that a bed that I had paid for in November is now OUT OF STOCK! How guys??
I Normally trust Takelot, but my last order... Not so much, I ordered 2 items, I was then notified that delivery would be delayed because of one item that, I was still fine because they let me know what was going on, next thing the order gets delivered, the packaging looks big enough to accommodate both items so I sign for the order, only to find that they have only delivered one item, I go back onto the site to see what the next step is, I follow the steps and they send me an automated response that someone will get back to me but nothing, haybo Takealot I need my things please!
I'm a new customer of Netstar, it's been almost two weeks waiting for someone to call and make an arrangement to have my tracking device to be installed, no one has made any arrangements, called in countless times to have the arrangements done but each time I do I am told someone will contact me... but no one ever does, this begs the question...Is this a trust worthy organisation, should I continue with them.. Ayy!
So I had been having a problem with my internet banking, went to different branches with no help in reconnecting it, this week I went to an Absa branch in Cornubia mall trying my luck, I was assisted by a lady called Sne Maphumulo, she was very friendly and managed to reconnect me to my internet banking in minutes, did not even need to wait in long ques or spend my entire way in the bank. Thank u so much Sne
