What a poor service from Home-connect. I have been making regular payments upfront every month only to receive SMS that I owe R146 and that my services would be cut off if no payment was received. To my surprise, there have been billing adjustments on service that have not been communicated way before. I called the call centre only to be told it was in the portal. I went through the portal, and no communication was sent to justify the increase, and call centre agents acknowledging sending me from pillar to post with no accountability.

We are being played by MTN contracts. You sign the contract in their shop but when the contract lapses you are required to call 135. I put in a request to cancel the contract after the agreed term ended and I was sent from one department to other with the promise that the request was uploaded to their system. However, I was debited from the previous 2 months after I requested cancellation.

Cell C is not acting as a proper company. I had contract with Cell C and it was over debited until I decided to cancel it. After the cancellation they listed my Profile to fraud list last year in December. Now I'm stuck with my life. I have been sending several emails with no success. I'm told the matter will be resolved within 48 hours until today nothing has been done.
I bought an Samsung S9 in January that goes with a R300.00 voucher and 64 GB SD Card. During the collection the lady at MTN Quagga in Pretoria West said they don't have the SD Card at stock but will order it and will call once the SD Card is delivered. 2 months passed without receiving any call from them. I went to the store to ask again and I was told that it will be couriered to my address upon the receipt of the SD Card from Samsung. So i'm paying for the package that I did not receive at all.
