I am a diabetic patient who uses Apidra and Optisulin insulin cartridges. I am in need of a new pen, but for more than 6 months I have not been able to get one. I have been to multiple pharmacies, but to no avail. How can a big pharma like Sanofi Aventis supply the cartridges, but not supply the administring tool. Please can someone from the pharma company please let me know where I can obtain the pens.
Hi I had ordered 2 printer cartridges online from Loot and it was stated 2 to 5 working days delivery. It was ordered on the 17th March and expected delivery within the week. When I spoke to the online person, I was told that the products were coming from an international supplier, which I found strange, as i ordered and paid in Rands. I was then informed by email on the 31st March that the order had been delayed again. They have since said it was shipped and it seems still to be in Johannesburg. I live in CT, so if it arrives it will only be next week, the 7th April. That is a bad statistic, more than 3 weeks for 2 printer cartridges that should be available locally and and they should not put on 2 to 5 days delivery time. This is the last time I order from Loot. You have shot yourself in the foot.
I recently subscribed toa Vox LTE 50mbps Uncapped LTE month to month contract. This product was advertised a 1000GB FUP but I reached a 450GB I was throttled to 1mbps. I have tried countless times to phone them, spending more than 100 minutes waiting online, being transfered back to the pick system on their phone system, being cutoff, no one answering even though there were no waiting calls before mine. The times I did get through they all gave excuses that that is the way the system works. I believe this is false advertising. I have a screen grab of the info telling me I have 1000GB at full speed, 400GB at 10mbps and then 1mbps for he remainder of the month. I have only reached about 465GB and have been throttled to 1mbps.
I have been having problems that my rewards are not being awarded, roads on the CTrack system that Discovery Insure uses are being shown with the incorrect speed limits, not being updated when the road speed limit has been updated, If you drive in one direction it is one speed limit and if you drive in the other direction on the same road they apply different speed limit. (I Have proof with photos). I have phoned my broker on numerous occasions complaining about incorrect information and have had very little concise feedback. Certain roads indicate that them limit is 0kph????? Points that have been falsely deducted have not been returned. Unhappy client.
I have been having problems that my rewards are not being awarded, trips are not shown and no response from Discovery regarding my complaints. They say that after 100km you get rewarded, well Discovery has missed a few of my rewards. I have also asked to have the tracker unit checked, as I am often penalised for harsh accelerations, when it is not the case. I am not happy with the so called reward system that often does not work and that changes all the time. Unhappy client.
