Best furniture shop
Best customer service, what we ordered is what we got, enjoying our couches. Stipulated TAT was a true reflection of delivery. 0% No regrets.

Unpleasant Service
We bought my wedding band at Jack Fredman Jewellers Eastgate. It was the perfect size, so there was no need for resizing. However, they were willing to resize it if I felt uncomfortable with the fit. I gained weight, which made the ring uncomfortably tight. I went back to have it resized. The consultant didn’t take the time to properly assess my band. She simply looked at it and said, “It won’t be possible to stretch it,” but they still took it in to be cleaned and refined. My question is, why was it possible to resize the ring when I first bought it, but now, years later, resizing is no longer an option? We also asked how we could address the issue since I can no longer wear it. Even if it meant they took it back for resale and gave me a discount to purchase a new band, they couldn’t assist. Now, I’m left with a wedding band that is no longer useful to me

Rain 5G
On the 5th Feb 2024 the 5G rooter was delivered, on the 6th Feb 2024 I cancelled the subscription due to poor connectivity and the Rain representatives could not find my location in their system. Ref no: 1636 9599 On the 13th Feb 2024, I phoned to check if my subscription was deactivated, because they had not arranged to fetch their 5G rooter. Only to my surprise that they didn’t cancel it and R886.00 was debited month end of Feb 2024. On the 2nd of March 2024, I phone again, and the cancellation team still did nothing regarding my request to unsubscribe and as a result another debit order of R595.00 was done. Phone call Ref no: 173 113 59 Please note that all these debit orders are done while they can see in their system that I requested for a cancellation and I didn’t use the rooter because it was not connecting. I feel ****** and ****med by Rain. I can not cancel from my end because their portal is limiting me. Yet, I am not assisted when I phone them.

Bad food quality
I'm disappointed, my food (wings and chips) had dirt residual (I took a picture) with some green particles in it. Had to throw it away. I honestly regret buying there.
