I have a complaint about Miss Moo. I paid for a full set of extensions and 3 have broken in 1 week. I ask for 1 nail to be fixed (before others broke) I get "sorry we fully booked". Not the first time and they never will phone back to help you. When you at the salon it's normal for the girls and owner to discuss other clients in front of you, mocking and rating clients because they have complained. No client confidentiality.
Good day, I would like to inform Head Office of the disappointment I have in either their product they are selling or shoddy customer care During March before lock down I purchased 2x Huawei watches. Within a month the 1 watch's battery charger stopped working I returned to the shop I bought it from only to be told I must take it to Huawei shop in Umhlanga. I traveled all the way there on s Saturday and was told they only deal in phones and I must take it back to where I bought it. I can understand i if the item was older but not happy with this outcome. I would like a solution to this problem p please work no cost to me. Regards Dianne Rautenbach
I got an electronic response to me complaint telling me someone will get back to me and still no one has phoned.
I took out a vodacom data package. They didn't debit my account so each time I got an invoice via email I paid. They cut me off cause they said I didn't pay. I have sent through proof of payment roughly 10 times including going to accounts in Pavillion. They spoke with accounts, sent through prood of payment and all I ever receive is we need more information, they cannot trace my payments. Proof of payment with all information on from the bank is not good enough. If they deduct from my account I will be forced to sue them.
