Be careful with this company. They previously masqueraded as The Solar Arc. If you pay them, they will not deliver and you will not get any responses. Do not send them money.
This company called me and pretended that I am paying to much fees. Before I could properly responded they send and SMS that I agreed to a debt review. Don’t interact with them.
I purchased and paid for networking equipment. I cancelled the order after it became clear that they could not source the equipment. I have been waiting for more than a week and have given up hope of getting a refund. This company is not reputable.
I use to love Takealot and orders everything from them, but recently, items that shows "Get it tomorrow" almost always says a week later once you paid. There is no easy way to cancel the order once it is paid. Also, items that I have been waiting for, more than week, just gets cancelled by Takealot. It happens all the time.
<div>I purchased two Hubble batteries from this company. I was fooled into believing this was a real company, but alas, I made a payment and have been ghosted ever since. No communications whatsoever. Do not send them money.</div>
I ordered from this company and their website and pricing look very good. But this is a total ****. You have to pay by EFT (First red flag) and once paid, you are completely ghosted. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.
Vox dropped their prices on 100/100 Fibre from R899 to R799 Month to Month. But they will not reduce pricing for existing customers. Only new customers get the lower rate. I need to cancel and resubscribe (and maybe lose my connection for a few days). It makes no sense.
Vodacom Business scammed me into a new contract In September a customer support person from Vodacom called me and convinced me to take a new contract, which will be less expensive with more benefits. When I received my bill the amounts that I signed up for were vastly different. For the last three months and in spite of called virtually every day to talk to someone, they always "escalated" and promised that someone will call me. They never call and the cycle repeat. I have made approx 30 calls to the business contract support number over 3 months and I have not been assisted.
In September a customer support person from Vodacom (David Stanton) Stanton.David@vcontractor.co.za called me and convinced me to take a new contract, which I did. When I received my bill the amounts that I signed up for were vastly different. For the last two months and in spite of called virtually every day to talk to someone, the only response I get from 0821960 (Business Customer Support) is that someone will call me within the next 10 min. They never call and the cycle repeat, over and over and over.
Vox recently dropped its fibre prices. I am on a month-to-month so I assumed that the lower prices will apply to my account. But that is not the case. I had to call to get it on the new lower pricing and now all of a sudden they required all sorts of RICA documentation. Such as certified copies for ID Document, which is very hard to get in the mids of the L4 Lockdown. It is straight out a money grab.
