Service here is terrible. The manager Nono is so rude to the customers. We complained that the food was raw. She had the audacity to tell us it’s not raw and it’s steamed. We showed her the fish was raw and clear in the centre. She still continued to argue and say that it was not raw. This was fed to a pregnant woman. Secondly the prawns were raw. They say we can pay proportionately for the 2 prawns that were eaten. The manager Nono continued to stand by the table and argue with us and not listening to what we have to say at all. No sorry or anything. Owners need to look at their staff!!
The manager of this restuarant is the rudest manager I've met by far! We first tried to change our burger from the cheapest burger to the most expensive burger and he didnt want to hear it. Second we orded 2 drinks. The drink wasnt even opened and decided to return the 1. He had the biggest problem with it. Keep in mind we are here every week and one of their biggest supporters, everytime we come here there is only about 3 tables taken up with atleast 2 on the table. He approached us in such a rude manner saying this like we do this regularly when it has never happened before. His tone was putrid, he spoke to me as if I was the manager and he was the customer. This is not on and I will never be coming back to yami ever again.
Chips always come half empty. This is an ongoing thing and is getting out of hand ...
Chicken winglets were un-cooked. When we ordered Nando's rolls we weren't advised that they didnt have the roll and had a substitute roll from pick and pay. Nandos Blue Hills made me pay R30 for 3 Pick and Pay rolls ???? Service is also bad, I ask the waiter what rolls are these and she giggles at me ? When I ask her again she says, eat it. Its tasty, "nice nice" The livers here also have a dirty taste I have pictures of all of the above stated. They need to up their game and lose the franchise license ????
