Bonitas didnot inform members on time that assessments for the 2026 benefit booster could only be done at certain network pharmacies apart from the on line questionaire. We went to dischem as usual and they did thd assessment and it was paid for. I didnot receive the applicable benefit so queried and was told I need to go to a clicks pharmacy. Why did dischem and bonitas not inform ne timeously? ...a waste of my time and expense to travel to dischem and now I must visit the clicks pharmacy. Sadly I also wasted about R500 for the dischem tests. All medical aids are becoming expensive but service standards going downhill.
Budget insurance uses this furniture store in Gauteng to deliver Samsung TV to durban. What nonsense. New World promised to deliver 2 days ago and I paid the excess in advance. Poor, pathetic, and archaic service. Budget must modernise and allow client to purchase the TV in durban
I also paid tge R750 excess for household content for domestic company budget hired. Am still waiting for delivery . Why dont budget give us the cash or voucher and we can buy the appliance locally. It's damn silly to send a TV from Pretoria to Durban as there are risks attached. B
Mafadi property services act as managing agents for a complex in KZN. Mafadi profess to render professional services with a hands-on, professional approach to build sustainable communities and maximize value for stakeholders. Thus is far from true. From April 2025 I am dealing with 2 officials with absolute no luck. They far from professional as they cannot explain how I am in arrears for a month when my bank a/c shows I paid every month. They cannot and will not reconcile and investigate. They care about money alone because we had no AGM in 3 years and why are they not guiding trustees in doing the right things. No guidance at all.
Absolute useless company who couldn't care less. Third time that they have delivered the wrong meds to us. Why do bonitas continue to use this dumb company. Complaining is a waste of time
Monthly fees escalating due to poor governance and decisions being made. Do away with useless mental heath. Dbc, weight management programs etc. These programs create jobs for pals only.....no real benefit for members and many colleagues who attend these programs will verify. Major collusion with pharmacy direct as well. Spoke and I go for yearly check up and chronic script is forwarded at once. For years these meds are delivered a week apart.....thus is *******ion as they claim twice for delivery. I have complained but no success or action for years.This medical aid will collapse like other previous ones like prosano.
Protection or security service was bad and has deteriorated further. They create a false sense of security and must close down as they cant improve or return to glory. Simple things like responding to emails for weeks and calls are not taken. Absolute useless as I xant get a simple security board on the wall
I redeemed and received 2 vouchers for checkers for R1000 and R500.00 respectively on 26th June 2025. When transferring to a gift card I was told it was not loading. Then the lady at checkers told me it is not valid as it was used. I was embarrassed as I had purchased my groceries and then they phoned old mutual rewards and no one could assist. I also personally phoned old mutual and a silly lady made me wait. 45 minutes later I paid for my purchases and left the store embarrassed. A f...silly rewards system. I have absa rewards and sasol rewards and it works like a gem. WHY ON EARTH MUST THIS BE LOADED ONTO A GIFT CARD AND THEN USED>>>USELESS Old mutual is damn primitive and I request to kindly cancel my R5500 debit orders for my policies. Increases were the highest recently. Do away with new benefits like hearing aids, back and neck, weight loss etc. This is useless and maybe someone gets a kick back here. Boncomplete and the 2 higher options are now out of reach .....where is consultations with us.
Dont ever try to do anything on line. You will be frustrated. *********** staff who don't know their work. You receive different guidance and wrong forms all the time. Go into a branch or better still find another bank. You get traumatised.....seriously with inefficiency all round. This is my second complaint on the same issue. Gets bad to worst.
