Eskom Call Centre
After holding for 27 minutes. You get to talk to a rude consultant who drops the call on you because you ask to speak to a manager or escalate a matter to someone more superior. Since the area manager called Lufuno does not pick up calls ***). No wonder Eskom funds are misused, you can`t manage faults, how can you manage millions....Just saying0 replies

It is useless to write a review on hello peter. DSTV Multichoice they don`t bother to even respond. You don`t deserve a star. you deserve a minus 1 (-1). Your consultants are beyond terrible. Your consultants Aphiwe, dropped a call on me, Babalwa lied to me. There is no escalation process, you don`t give a **** who complains, as long as you are making a buck.
