I placed an order for 3 handbags last week. I live in the UK and was very excited about receiving them. I was happy to pay almost as much in shipping as I did for the bags as I really wanted the bags. I have just now received an email from DHL asking for another almost £45.00 for customs and taxes to be paid. I called DHL to be told that I should have been made aware of this by the sending company, but NO MENTION was made!!!!!!! If you're going to send overseas you need to be aware of policies and inform your clients. I definitely WOULD NOT have ordered the bags had I known this. I see on the refund policy you state they must be returned by courier, so I would have to pay again to get my money back. I am furious and disgusted and feel I have been royally duped by your company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. As an aside, don't bother using their phone number, they NEVER answer it, I tried calling at various times this week.
I gave notice to Discovery 1st May that I would be leaving. I was forwarded an email stating I owed an amount and this was paid. I have since been told I owe more money. Trying to obtain ANY KIND of help with this has been impossible. No one engages with me, I am just sent what look like automated emails. I am disgusted and WANT THIS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who do I contact?
On the 5th May I phoned and spoke with Zanele at 08:16 to let her know I would be cancelling my account, I was given a cancellation number and told all was in order just to receive an invoice for June rental etc. I would like someone to contact me to find out why I am now having to make contact this way just to get an answer. Disgusting service!
I bought a pink stove-top kettle from you a few years ago and as I don't drink tea or coffee it was purely decorative. I've probably boiled water in it 6 times, if not less. To find recently that the spout on the inside is rusting is beyond comprehension. I will never buy another product from your company on the back of this.
I am so thankful for Dr Reka Gallo-Katona and wanted to express my sincerest appreciation and thanks. I had never been to Victory Park Vet clinic before but Dr Reka was recommended and I was not disappointed. I was in a terrible state because of my dogs condition. Dr Reka saw me as I arrived, was calming, professional and made sure my boy was given the much needed help. I had to take him back for a couple more visits and each time, I was amazed by the staff and practice as a whole. My boy, Sam, is my world and to know I have such wonderful vets at a practice so close to me that I can trust implicitly gives me so much peace of mind. I would recommend Dr Reka and the Victory Park Veterinary Clinic in a heart beat. I just can't thank you enough
Last month after much phoning and little answering, I successfully, or so I though, requested an account be frozen for 3 months only to find this month the account has been debited again. Absolutely appalling. This is unbelievably disgusting and trying to get this resolved over the phone is impossible. Who can I contact?
On the 25th June I excitedly placed an order for a bag I'd seen on your website, paid and received an email saying the order had been placed. I then had to ring to find out how long it would take to get to me as nowhere in this confirmation of order did it mention this, which surprised me. I was told there was a backlog etc. which is completely understandable given the lock-down. On the 3rd July I received another email telling me my order is now complete and AGAIN, no mention of delivery whatsoever, so more time was wasted phoning your offices to find out. I was told that a courier company would be sending me details and hey presto, here I am a week later and no bag, no communication from the courier company and no communication from The Box Fashion. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and communication. I would now like my money refunded back to me please.
I needed an oil fin heater today and found a promotion at Builders Warehouse online showing they had 3 heaters available and I was overjoyed. I created an account, ordered and paid ready for pick up at Strubens Valley. I arrived at the store to pick up the heater only to be told they had none and that this happens all the time. I asked for a refund and was told that was no problem only to get home this evening to find NO REFUND WAS GIVEN, instead they have given me credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was not discussed with me at ANY point. I am furious and want this sorted. I rarely shop at Builders Warehouse and would certainly never want credit there. Who do I contact to get this sorted? The whole process has been nothing but utterly disgusting.
