Hello Peter I called the lodge to enquire about their prices, I spoke to Samke who explained the different prices for each room, thereafter we headed to the lodge, got there and we went to the reception we found the lady that I had spoken to, she then asked us to wait a little as they need to sort out the room, since there were occupants before us. We waited for a good +40 minutes. Fair enough they had explained that we will wait. After those minutes we were called in to make payment, after making payment the lady tells us that the aircon is not working, so we have to just make means as this is beyond her control. We get to the room and it smells so so badly. We call reception to ask if it is possible to get another room. The lady Samke gives us so much attitude she tells us there might be a short stay (meaning someone who will leave soon) and we can occupy that room once they leave, I asked for the email address of the lodge so that I can write to them before I write on Hello Peter, she said she does not know it ,we ended the call. Then she comes up to our room (barefoot and popping bubblegum) to reiterate what she said over the phone and to ask us what exactly is the complaint as she "explained" everything to us. (Meaning why are we complaining) she then continued to tell us that the shortstay room is occupied and she doesn't know when the occupants will leave as it doesn't reflect on the system. I then responded to her by saying we did wait for long just because they explained doesn't mean it didn't happen then I told her the aircon issue is not her fault however that should have been communicated prior to us making payments as it is part of their room/service spec. As I was speaking she rolled her eyes and I made her aware that I can see that she is giving me attitude as she did over the phone as well. She then asked what do I suggest she does. We asked for a air freshener and she laughed she said ok and walked away. Shortly after the security guard brought the air freshener. This is the most disappointing and disgusting service ever.............

Renew-it Durban Central is hands down the most professional company for me, the modus operandi carried out is truly exceptional, the updates and feedback given both telephonically and by email was very helpful knowing what is being carried out on my car, the emotional support from Maggie shows she does over and above her expected duties as a consultant. Maggie was the best consultant I have ever met. I went on and on about her professionalism to my family, we all knew when she called my mom would say "phendulani iphone uMaggie" which means "someone answer the phone it's Maggie". I really appreciate the service I got from Renew-it Durban Central, switchboard, other consultants were as friendly,offered something to drink irrespective of who is "my" consultant just tells you the style of professionalism is sung through all staff members. The machenics are just as friendly, respectful and sweet to say the least, I appreciated this alot. Dial Direct was my insurance, ohh I got such comfort from Maralize my consultant she was helpful with my claim and how I should take pictures to give a clear picture of what had happened. Thank you Maralize for such grace and professionalism to a client.
