Very good experience during lockdown, despite very limited staff service was great and accommodating.
Very poor customer service seems automated but in a loop that does not resolve your query , wanting to upgrade but just keeps looping in circles
Really bad customer service , false delivery promises by their sales person (Coslin) , still waiting for furniture that was promised to be delivered on the 7th , no response on their telephone.
We paid I solar solutions a deposit of 80 % R51.4K for batteries on the 8th October and to date 27th November we have not received the batteries we paid for. We have had numerous lies from Paul about a refund. All those that have been robbed should lay criminal charges against Paul van De Merwe and Isolar Solutions
We have paid and amount of R23000 for a 12 metre container that was to be delivered on 1 August as promised by Mr. Miguel Samuel (Maintenance /Sales Supervisor ). The VAT number is for a completely different company. Further to our various Emails requesting the delivery of the 12 Metre container , which you and your company has not delivered to-date. Should you not deliver the container by close of business today , we will have no option but to infer criminal charges against you , your company and its directors.
