I canceled my rain account on the 28th of February 2022. I was contacted a week ago saying that I owe them R499, I have been trying to get a hold of the support department and NO ONE ANSWERS!!! when someone finally answered some unprofessional person answered and kept pretending not to hear me and hung up such horrible service. i would never recommend this company
I have been going up and down trying to get Experian to remove an account that was paid in full for over 4 months, and I was recently assisted by Thulisile Mbatha within a few days I was sorted out, thank you so, so much for your help, Experian needs more employees like yourself, THANK YOU.
I have been asking for my ITC to be updated since February and nothing till date. NO ONE answers the lines my score is being affected due to this, I am unable to get anything because of this. PLEASE UPDATE MY ITC!!!
I have paid this company in full over a year ago, I recently received an updated credit report and Cash Converters are still showing as open and current, this is affecting my credit score, I have been speaking to Laetitia Booysen who has recently stopped replying to my emails and does not answer my calls, REMOVE MY NAME from the bureaus!!!!!! I have sent you the paid up letter as well as proof that it is still showing on all Bureaus
I am extremely exhausted with your service get someone to call me because nobody answers their phone I have been requesting for my banking details to be updated for 2 months and then I get an email saying my debit order did not go through obviously it won't because y'all can't even do your job correctly!!! I have been trying to get a hold of Old Mutual to update my banking details and it has been hell. when it's time for a sale and take the money they are very quick and efficient, but when it comes to other matters they just disregard you.
I have paid my account in full. received a paid-up letter on the 27th of September 2021. I received an updated credit report and Quickdraw finance is still open and current on my account. I need yall to update my status on your side and close this account as it should have been done 6 months ago!!!!! It is one problem after another with this company
