The first excuse was the shop that was supposed to handle my order had shut down. Ordered an Item on the15 September 2023 and paid an extra R200 for handling and Swift Shipping. It's ten days later and my item was due to arrive today. I got the message that the Recipient was not available to take delivery while I was at home the whole day. The lies of these courier companies. The driver tried calling after 5h00 p.m. He was hoping I won't answer. I answered and he could not speak, He just dropped.

I rented a vehicle feom their Cape Town International Airport. After I dropped their vehicle, they kept deducting money from my account without my consent. This has happened on two different contract. When I contact them, they say it was an error on their side since I have no outstanding amounts. Now they are struggling to refund my money even after I sent them my bank statement
