Terrible service. COD Agents don't respond to emails (numerous over several days). Impossible to get hold of UPS telephonically.
Absolute pathetic service at Olivedale. Made and confirmed a booking for a glucose intolerance test to arrive, after fasting, with no record of the booking. Staff unwilling to assist and now have to return again sometime in the future. Unacceptable.
Most *********** accounts department I had the misfortune to deal with in very long time.

This company is not based in South Africa. The product does not work and they refuse to accept return of the product in CHINA! Impossible to obtain a refund and they ignore any e-mails. AVOID!!!
