Online shopping is a mess orderd 16 December to date my order still says in progress on 6th of January ,,, I visited the store where it should be delivered in Menlyn Maine managers response sorry we have orders outstanding up to 27 days .. not a good experience Cape union Mart

I PURCHASED A RELAY ONLINE FROM THEM DELIVERY WAS FAST HOWEVER I HAD AN OUT OF BOX FAILURE UNIT WAS FAULTY DIY SHOP SAY THEY DONT TEST UNITS BEFOR SHIPPING AND THEY DONT REFUND FAULTY ITEMS
I would advise any customer to even consider Optimist as their consultants are *********** and it feels i have been ****med by them. In November i asked them to switch me from Profmed to a Better option of medical aid on Bonitas . I was requested to submit them my existing medical aids certificate and termination letter that was done. Optivest never submited this information to Bonitas and on yhe 1st of January i was billed with a late joiner penalty and was notified of a 12 month waiting period on one of my chronic conditions . I contacted Optivest but no one is taking responsibility only that they will get back to me in 24 hours .. well were at 70 hours now and no response as yet. I subsequently dealt with Bonitas directly to resolve part of my issues so no use for Optivest. I am defenitely not getting the value for VIP service they gaurenteed and what i akm paying them for. My advise is stay away Will update the complaint once i manage to cancel them as a service provider And am considering a damages claim trough my legal But on the below : NONE of it is true !!!
