Motor Industry Ombudsman SA
How can a person still wait after 7 months and still nothing from the Ombudsman. Really unacceptable no wonder dealerships play with the clients and just don't care about the law. My claim 502003 was registered 02 December 2024 and every month I phone they just advise that my claim is in the que.

Bad false advertising Accommodation
Owner Ruan Klopper 0798641185 Filthy dirty accommodation. Arrived 09 September 13:34. Bedding was stained, bed black and dirty. Refused to stay in a place like that, went to find other accommodation, now he refuses to repay the money. Pictures available on request. Really not sure how Safari can use them as a place to stay. Please relook at this as the pictures I have is definitely not the pictures showed on the adverti*****t. People think twice before you book here. Its grouse and the main man very arrogant. You can't even have a proper conversation to him as we needed to wait for the place to be cleaned but i can assure you no water or clean linen can make that place better

Bad Fraudulant Service
Bought a car which was pretended to be Value Car Sales with the Man Mr Raeez Adams tel no 063 990 1768 sold me a vehicle which i paid 120 k. After 3 weeks the sheriff came to fetch the car with a summons that the previous owner still has outstanding debt and took the car back. No this guy is MIA and i cant get hold of him. He has a registered bank with Standard bank and i need my money refunded. Even the vehicle was registered in my name by the Johannesburg License Department. I have proof of all of this and if there is anyone that can assist me with this

BAD BAD MWEB
I am so disgusted with the very bad service from Mweb. After a couple of days with no connection mweb came to the conclusion that that they cant provide us with the lte service anymore as there was a cancelation from the tower site. They also cant offer me an alternative service regarding lte. Now they are giving me a hard time to collect the modem as we did not have the service with them for the 6 months. BUT THEY CANT PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE ANY MORE. Regardless I did tell them that they can come and fetch the modem to a time that is convenient to me. Today I receive a bill because we still have the modem . Really How desperate are you guys
