So disappointed.. drove all the way.. when we got there at 3:30 🕞 the waiters were no where to be seen Finally they came out from behind and rudely asked what we wanted I know the South African temperament but honestly If you closing at 4 will you not serve me at 3:30 ?
10 days and still counting till my 50k “French Door” refrigerator is out of service... finally today a technician came out to look at it. I do have an invoice to prove it’s not yet 10 years and so my warranty is still intact for the compressor. I’d love to see how much longer it will take for approval from Samsung. Companies usually go right ahead once they know the warranty is valid but seems like Samsung doesn’t value their clients or doesn’t trust their customers. I’m contemplating buying another fridge!!!!! From another Company... thank you for showing me the way forward
My 50k Samsung 4door fridge stopped working.... I attempted to call the hotline but on the first day there was a problem with their telephone lines so no one could hear me ... on the second day I had assistance and received a ref number.. the lady mentioned a call out would be arranged... it’s 24 hours now and no one has contacted me ... I called the call center they open till 20:00 hours but ... they cannot do anything till tomorrow... so why stay open ? And please Samsung you can do so much better with the directory voice recording... it’s so faint you gotta stretch your ears to hear it ... luckily I know to press 3 for refrigeration... very disappointing for a Mega Company

So it’s been a month and a half since I travelled to Istanbul via Doha on Qatar Airlines. After I wrote my last review on Hello Peter and sent them numerous emails, a random somebody came to my house claiming Qatar Airline sent them to pick up my damaged stroller. It’s been a month and they haven’t gotten back to me!! Qatar Airline in the other hand know nothing of this. In fact they emailed me a few days ago and will reimburse me half the value of my stroller. Honestly!!!! So they think I will just shut up if they throw a few RANDS my way!!! Terribly disappointed and confused. Now someone has taken the stroller and I’m dumbfounded
I travelled from Johannesburg to Istanbul via Doha on 20 September 2019, with 4 kids, 3 of which are under the age of 6. Together with my elderly mom and husband, making it a total of 7 travelers. Being a frequent traveler I was quite impressed with Qatar Airways till I landed in Istanbul and was horrified by the sight of my baby’s stroller. It was damaged beyond repair. My baby was totally out of control at the sight of her stroller. I nearly missed my Airport transfer because of the time it took to fill in a damage report. The attendant was terrible and not helpful or sympathetic. He refused to give me his name. Told me to fill in the report and email it. 10 days in Istanbul, 3 little kids and a damaged stroller. Qatar Airways are refusing to be co operative. They sent me an email that I should repair the stroller and send them the invoice. Totally unacceptable. It takes them more than 24 hours to respond to the email. It’s not fair that they didn’t take care of the stroller in the first place
Ocean Basket Saxby doesn’t deserve a star... waitress Litzy took 45min to bring a small Sushi order... we distinctly asked that the Soya Sauce be alcohol free... she reassured us but served us Alcoholic Soya Sauce... she was not apologetic and rude although the Manager and other waitress were apologetic she was rude and abrupt showed no remorse... the Manager insisted we not pay for the meal we did not eat. I will never return to this store . No wonder there were no other customers.
