Scam!!!
I have placed an order on the 17th December, i have up until now received no email confirmation and no shipping details! I have emailed, i have watsapped, fb messaged and have had no response! I have been scammed!!!

Very disappointed in FNB
I have never been more disappointed with FNB as i am today!! I have gone on maternity leave and i am receiving a significant reduction in salary which leads me unable to commit to all me debts and living expenses. I applied for a payment arrangement and was denied on the fact that you need to get less then 50 % income reduction! That is absolutely insane when i rely on my full salary to get through the month! This is shocking service and so very disappointing seeing as i also have a new baby to care for! Will definitely be changing banks after this! Especially after many years of loyalty to FNB this is how i am treated when in desperate need for something out of my control

Scammed!!!!
I have just fallen scam to a fake herbalife independent online website distributer!!! I need a email from herbalife urgently to try stop the online transaction! Hlshop.co.za of the fake website Jacon Smenton is the name of the so called distributor

Terrible service! No assistance when so desperately needed!
Today i made an online purchase on a website only to have done some investigation and find out that it is a fake website!!! When i called Fnb ,they told me that the funds have not left my account yet and that it was pending. However they could not stop the payment from being made!! And sent me a reversal form which will only be attendd to in 5 days!!! Absolutely disgusting that they could not help me anymore then this! And to top it all off when i called the fraud department they didn't even suggest i cancel my card! I clicked in the end that i should do that to be safe! Could have lost even more money! You would think as a fraud department they would immediately suggest these things to their customers! Definitely thinking of switching banks!
