I ordered from Shein on international shipping and unfortunately they used Aramax as their delivery company in South Africa. I have never experienced such bad service, we live on a plot just outside of town and because of that they refused to deliver to our door, only 10km on tar road as we paid R500 for the delivery??? The driver was so rude we had to speak to a supervisor which also did not care to accommodate us. Why do we have to pay such ridiculous prices for such utter bad service. The driver was so rude that both me and my husband got upset which is really not easy. Very poor service. I will unfortunately not recommend Aramax and will never support them. Sorry for Shein that will be loosing business.
I placed an order for delivery on 22nd January. I have followed up and I was promised to get a call back. I have still not received my order and now got an email to rate the service received? Very disappointing indeed
Following a query with Webafrica in April 2019 for Fibre they came back to say that they do not cover the area I am situated in and I then decided to go with Vodacom. After 5 months I received an email from webafrica saying that my router is ready for delivery, I sent them 2 x emails to explain that I have gone with another supplier due to the fact that they did not cover my area. To my surprise they went ahead and debited my account with R1205. I sent 5 support tickets requesting feedback till today nothing, this is the worst unethical service I have ever experienced. Please be careful of this.
On their price list they separate long weekends and October holidays then when you book in October holidays they charge you at high season because their is a long weekend in the October holidays. Just a rip off, we have been going there for years but after this I will not support them again.
