Good morning I have to date still not received proof of refund for my item and my patience is wearing thin. The fact that I have to relentlessly follow up with Leroy Merlin time and again for any sort of update is completely unacceptable. Not only did you send me a faulty and incomplete product but getting a refund is so long-winded and pathetic that it's completely put me off buying from your company. Please get back to me urgently with confirmation of my refund as this has gone on for far too long.
It's Thursday and still no contact with me. Very shoddy service from a very shoddy bank. No point in emailing them, they just don't respond at all. It's ludicrous.
Went to Clearwater Nedbank on Saturday and img what a pathetic bunch. Got given a trainee who clearly had no idea what he was doing and the person assisting them just wandered off. It was only when I began making a scene after one and a half hours that someone even came to look. All we needed to do was update our details to get a bond cession letter that Nedbank was supposed to issue 25 YEARS AGO. It's been nothing but pathetic since day 1 with nobody helping at all. I want this sorted THIS WEEK! How difficult is it to do the basics Nedbank?

Tell me, how is this possible!!!! I'm on classic comprehensive, that's 21k A MONTH!!!! I suffer from type 2 diabetes, A PMB CHRONIC CONDITION!!!! Discovery pays only R50 towards my diabetes medicine, yes, the generic, when the pills are R250. WHAT A *******!!!! Add to that my other diabetes meds that they don't cover and a blood pressure tablet, and my copay is OVER R1 000!!!! I am so fed up with this. Considering buying down dramatically because I'm practically paying Discovery 21k FOR WHAT????!!! I hold little hope that they will even give this review their attention because they simply don't give a f**k about anything. But be warned people, DISCOVERY ARE DAYLIGHT ******S!!!!

I have tried to contact Nedbank home loans various times via email and also the call centre and have heard nothing back. Just radio silence and cluelessness. I don't know what to do to get someone who will grasp what I need but Nedbank seem completely unbothered with assisting me whatsoever. This is ridiculous. I know that it's regarding a very old account but what do I have to do to get anything done with Nedbank. Annoyed and frustrated
So it's been a week and I have had 1 missed call from who I think may have been Discovery who left the most inaudible voicemail that I couldn't even make out a name or number etc. That's how valuable I am to these daylight ******s. Not a good look Discovery, you definitely do suck.
I would give it zero stars if this was an option. My husband and I joined the diabetic clinic at my Dr's rooms after being advised to by Discovery. The way this was sold to us was that you visited the doctor every 3 months and get diabetic check ups and these check ups arr funded on full by Discovery. Lo and behalf the fees are coming from savings and not Risk benefits which is ridiculous because we only joined the clinic at the behest of Discovery. Cherry on top? I am on classic comprehensive acute. The second highest option of the scheme and this isn't covered from risk? What **** Discovery Health is. It doesn't even cover my Chronic, I might add, Pmb illnesses, medication on this option. It's ludicrous. You suck Discovery Health
