I've been a client for 5 years now paying off my daughter's student loan. After a consultant told me 2 years ago when signing my new contract don't worry next time just negotiate the same premium and without notice my debit order went off 2 days prior to the agreed and per contract date and double the amount. When I contact the bank to reverse it they said they can't because manati blocked it so that I can't dispute it. After several attempts to fet hold of someone there eventually they phoned me back saying no technically I signed for it and I need 20 days before the debit order to dispute it with the. Nevertheless debited my account 2 days before my debit order date leaving me with R0. 00 in my account without food, water and electricity till I got paid. There answer they are not refunding me. People take note how they operate. According to me..... Breach of contract from their side. And the worst. They get away with it.
Really pathetic service: They were my insurance for almost 3 years, I had to put in a claim about a month or so ago, I've notified them that I can not drive any further. I've phoned, I've sent messages, eventually I made a plan myself, 3 days later they phoned me to say they will sent a tow truck, I mean did they think its ok to phone me 3 days later whilst standing next to the road?? They just never answer your messages, mails, give direction over the phone. Eventually got this sorted. I've sent them a letter about 2 weeks ago to cancel my policy, 3 days ago they phoned me, I was on the phone for half an hour with someone there trying to convince me not to cancell. I said many times to the person no cancell it, then he keeps on asking but why, later on I put the phone down and sent them an e-mail asking for a cancellation letter which they did sent. Last night they took off a debit order (although my policy is not active anymore). When I phoned them about it, they say ok they will refund me....it will take 5 - 7 days.....I mean like really. I have no words but pathetic service.
Really don't know what is happening there with the admin. Find them expensive as they advertise they are small and give attention to students when needed. Well my daughter is in her 3rd year with Bcom and doing 1 x second year subject over this year. They received their time tables on the day they were suppose to start classes after they sent mail after mail to enquire that. Just to see that her 2nd year subject clashes with a 3rd year subject. Eduvos told her she must attend the 1 subject the 1 week and the other subject the other week. They can not accommodate her. Admin has been shambles this year as my youngest daughter only got her timetable 2 hours before she had to be in class and her 1st block results 10 days after it was suppose to come out after I had to query that as well. I have no words anymore for Eduvos Tygervalley. You make it very difficult for your students.
How dissapointed with Eduvos Tygervalley. My child is 3rd year this year. Struggled with basic admin just to enroll her for 2024 for her final year. They had her subjects wrong, then her degree wrong, struggled to get a quote for her 3rd year and then today they had to start with their classes. The students or lecturers did not even receive a time table for this block. No one knows what is going on as they had to start with classes today. No communication from Eduvos to the students. The lecturer had to send the students a wapp to make arrangements till they know what is going on.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Been a client for a couple of years now. Paid my premiums every month - when I cancelled my last package and stopped my subscription I asked them for a refund on the last debit order as I told them I did not want the package. Then they send me a voucher. I phoned them a couple of times to asked for my cash refund. Nobody comes back to me or if I get hold of someone they tell me a other consultant must phone me on feedback about the refund. This has been going on for a month now. They debit your account on something you did not order and then it takes ages just to get your money back. Or positive feedback. Still did not get my refund.
