My parcels were Dispatched for delivery 5days ago. The driver did not deliver and did not bother to contact me. I called their offices; an operator assured me it Will be delivered. Nothing happened. Yesterday I got another notification about my order being out for delivery. I waited all day and even called them again. A different operator promised me again that it will definitely be delivered, today when I checked on their website it was returned to sender and nobody called me back to confirm delivery. What a Horrible service, they should not be counted on for quality service.
I am very dissapointed with this courier driver, the driver lied and said i reschedule the day of the delivery where as he didn't even try to call me. My parcel supposed to be delivered yesterday as per message and when i called they don't give the exact date when they going to deliver i'm so disgusted.
I am disgusted with Vuma Web Africa service, Its been a week without internet. I contacted them via WhatsApp to change my payment option to month to month however they keep on transferring me to all the consultants they have every time I must tell my story to a new consultant. Yesterday no one came back to me at all its only Willie-the bot keep on apologising that the agents are still busy seriously!
My daughter applied for this learnership, however they never come back to her instead they register her on Department Of Labour for UIF. She can't get a SRD Grant as her name appear that she register for UIF. I sent several emails they ignore and their number goes to voicemail. I requested the UI19 from them so that my daughter claim this UIF they register for her no one respond. I am so fuming with this company they play with our children.
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. The parcel was collected from our company on the 12th August 2019 with waybill number 019911497878. When I called your company last week, your staff member assured to deliver the parcel on the 20th August 2019 of which its even the delivery is late, but failed to fulfill this promise. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurement taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past years but this time it was a big let-down because my customer is waiting urgently for this parcel. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that the parcel is delivered by today 21st August 2019.
