From quote through to receiving the finished product, I received service that outshone all competitors, at a cost that was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, they exceeded our wildest expectations and delivered a top line product.
On 22May, Standard Bank informed you that I was over R15,000 in CREDIT and that I was due a closure letter and refund. To date, all enquiries are met with requests for further documentation which has been sent, more than once. I now have been requested to PROVE that I paid the money, which has also been forwarded to you. No response. No response from the legal representative, no response to numerous calls, no response to anything that has been sent to date, and no refunds. If this had been me owing you money, I would have been arrested by now, served with court orders or been harrassed by your staff to make payments I cannot afford. I would also have been charged interest, admin fees, charged for postage, calls and messages never received. Since you owe me the money, kindly advise the interest on credits, as well as the calculations of compound interest from June 2021 onwards, including a decent admin fee on a monthly basis to cover the costs of my calls and communications. Standard procedure, isn't it? That is what I've been told previously. When I owed you money, not the other way around. Please advise urgently or I will need to take this further.
