The team that approached me was very friendly.One could tell they have passion about their business as well as the people(customers)they help.Very delegate & thorough,going right to the point & making sure that details were presented in a proffesional manner to ensure that information is kept to the utmost importance.Have enjoyed engaging with Mandy which helped me in this regard & would recommend them to anyone that wanted to know more about their business.
Wanted to buy for my kid a paw patrol cup which cost R90.May not buy it since its on display even though the price was told by staff as well as they have 4-5 of each of the same kind. Utterly poor to be judged by looking me up and down
I have moved from one town to the other. Made calls to arrange for cancelation, but was told it had to be done via online/mail. So proceeded with app & was told I had to mail my cancelation. So I sent a few mails, 3 consecutive mails over period of 3 months since I did not get any response. In my final demanding letter I got a response from Telkom said they would look into the matter & was contacted by a firm few days later that collects debt, in other words I felt I was shunt like a rag since I wanted to cancel, but get no help at all. Repeatedly the firm phone me & in argument when I ask "can you assure me my contract will be canceled?" is their response a definite no. Even when I confront them that they start off by recording the call, they did not ask for my consent & I want a copy of that recording; I was told they did not need my consent. (popi act) Someone sent me a statement they received at a post office with my old bill & was I shocked that it is a thorough R3000 with continuable service fee of R280/month. How can they "cut the line" but still bill for service,? There is no service! My question is, since I did everything, online app, phone, mail even argue with a random firm that pest me, will this issue be resolved? I have all the proof & not only do Telkom commit ***** by charging me for nothing I receive, to have the audacity to hand me over to someone since I ask for help is just not only rude, but inhumane. And all the laws that have been broken, popi act (distribution of info without consent), consumer protection act (receiving no service & charging for no service at all), section 62 of Consumer rights act, etc. I refuse to pay anything after my letters of request.
Ordered products from this company in April 2020 & made payment end of April. Was promised a lot of things when asked in June 2020 where the products were, but waited instead. In July 2020 we contacted them again about the whereabouts of the products & was promised "freebies" with the initial order, but instead received by end of July 2020 not even halve the products. With disgust about the service, we contacted them & want to claim our money back, but after a lot of promises (yet again), we were left in the dust by not getting our money back, nor rest of the products. After making several contacts, they promised again they would pay us back & now 28/08/2020, 4 MONTHS LATER, NO PRODUCTS, NO MONEY BACK, NO RESPONSE!!! We are not the only ones complaining about them, on facebook itself is a lot of customers that experience the same thing. I had to watch 2 girls have their 4th & 5th birthday on 16 & 19 August & me not giving them that was promised back in April......
PATHETIC!!! Ordered clothes April/2020 & paid in full, items & delivery. After waiting a month (May/2020), this "business" is full of excuses about the pandemic, overseas orders & promised free items for long wait. Another month later(June/2020), made excuses about halve items received, still waiting for rest. Another month later(July/2020), was sent HALVE the items that was swapped according to "late shipment not received" & promised the rest on its way with free items. Now...August/2020 still waiting for items & begin to get fed up with the false agreements & promises, so we contacted them once more & want answers. Now, all of a sudden they make a small amount of profit & can't refund us in full??? A business running for 2 years+??? Well, according to No. 68 of 2008: Consumer Protection Act, 2008, there's A TON OF SUBSECTIONS that this business must adhere to & we as the consumer must be rewarded in full with no excuses. And to top it all up, one child's birthday is today, 16/08/2020 & the other is 19/08/2020. Thanks to Lollipop kids they are not getting anything promised for the past 5 months since halve the clothes received don't fit anymore & neither those "that's on its way"...
