My daughter, her husband, mother in-law and aunt got food poisoning from the ice cream purchased from the Lindt Store at Cresta mall. All they could say was sorry for your experience hope you are all well. Oh here's a voucher for your pain and suffering. As if we want that voucher just to get sick again from their chocolate. They were rushed to casualty, my ended up a few days in hospital. Now they are sitting with hospital bills my daughter still suffering from the pain from the pancreatitis because of Lindt's negligence. They just blow it off with a meaningless voucher for contaminated chocolate. People be careful of the lead in their chocolate. Lindt you will get what's coming to you.
Firstly I canceled my contract chose not to renew, requested to move to prepaid. The next day after the end date of the contract my sim card is rica barred. To top it off they cannot fix it for the past 2 months I've been going back and forth to the store and endless calls. MTN insurance is just as bad. Claimed for a fone, they said it cannot be repaired so they offered me another fone Galaxy A15, it worked for 6 days then the screen just went black. They collected the fone, no communication the fone was received, I contacted them they couldn't locate the fone, a few days later the fone is found. Now the fone is damaged yet I sent the fone back in the condition and packaging I received it.I've been trying to get this sorted since 11 June going on 2 months now. MTN service is pathetic honestly.
The service is good I think people are just impatient. Like every other service provider they give a turn around and actually complete before then. My installation was done before the 14 days were up. I received a faulty router, reported it and the next day a new one was delivered whereas the turn around time was 5 - 10 working days. I'm a happy customer.

They did an enquiry which has flagged me under debt review, now I need a letter from them stating I am not under debt review and the consultant is just giving me the run around with automated emails and not taking my calls. Then they claim to help people.
I fell for them filled in the online application but I read their terms and conditions before I continued. I left the sight and did not agree to their terms and conditions. The next thing my account is being debited I kept reversing the debit orders then started receiving threatening blacklisting e-mails from Lifestyle Legal. Now they sending me threats with court summons.
