I shared on hellopeter last week about the over charging on my contract with Vodacom. I received a message from Vodacom that an agent will contact me shortly. No contact. i think they too busy trying to sell new contracts and not care about a customer that used their services for 20 years and will now leave them when this contract is over. DONT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM
So I complained last month about the over charges on my vodacom account. i soon got a message from hellopeter that a vodacom consultant will soon be contacting me. I did get contacted and had to verify if the sim in my phone is the one registered with vodacom. i got a mail saying that it was and i must not loose my sim. Still no results from my complaints. I have been a loyal vodacom client for over 20 years ( on contract ) when this contract expires i will never have any dealings with Vodacom. I was told that a sim swop was done on my account and thats why I have the extra charges. If i did the sim swop then play me back the recording of the swop. Lets hear who is on the phone and what security questions are being asked and answered.
I have been over charged on my contract account. When i queried this i was told that a sim swop was done on my account over the phone. i must report it to Vodacom fraud division. No reply via email nor does anyone answer calls. i was then told to do a sim swop to stop the activity on the phone. I had to go to a vodashop and present my id and answer 5 security questions. i still have activity on that number even though i havent inserted the new sim. If you phone the number someone answers then hangs up. Vodacom says pay or we will cut your service. DONT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM.
I recently bought a tv cash from Bargain City ( The Furniture King ) in Kent Rd Durban near Game City. After 3 days the LCD tv starting squirting water out the bottom. I returned the tv and after 2 weeks was told that there was moisture in the tv ( obviously ) and they insinuated I poured water in the tv and therefore was no warranty. I feel done in after spending so much money on a tv I have'nt watched for more than 3 hours. I have looked on youtube and water coming out of LCD tv's is quiet common. Also the tv has a nipple underneath where the water squirted from. They must have expected water build-up. I feel absolutely done in.
