This dealership went through some highs and lows during the past few years because of a lack of experience and commitment. I took over as Dealer Principal a few months ago and as a team of highly experienced staff running a now multifranchised dealership, we have customer service and experience as our utmost focus. If you deal with us we will NOT meet your expectations but we will EXCEED those expectations. We are all human and faults and mistakes will creep in, we do however promise to resolve those to the best of our abilities. We have scored very high in the recent months on all platforms which means we do have the correct processes in place to meet your demands. I have been dealing with them still from the old days before they became Xneelo. I have had superb service at any hour of any day from them. You cannot find a better hosting company than them.
If I have to go according to the ultra poor reviews here I can understand why my experience was as bad as other consumers! as many as 3 PER DAY... I was a client of Outsurance for 20 YEARS!!! and never had such bad service in my life, to a point where I was forced to cancel my policy with them. I submitted 3 claims in the past 4 years with minimal values/payout (whilst I had close to R200k in my account in payments) and all 3 claims was a disaster to say the least! Each claim was managed in a terrorizing manner where the claim adviser's make you feel like you are responsible and at fault party with a break-in, robbery and an accident claim. I recently had an accident claim submitted where a 3rd party drove into the side of my daughters vehicle. Because this was a 3rd party I tried to claim from their insurance first to no avail,, 3 quotes was given to us ranging in the mid twenty to high twenty thousand range damage. I then claimed from Outsurance, had the vehicle taken to their assessor and they approved only twelve thousand rand value. How on earth is this possible. I then were informed that I had to pay double the excess amount - Eight thousand rand for a Twelve thousand rand claim! I then received a mail stating that my installment will be increased with another R400 per month! This led me to cancel my policy, i got a quote for One thousand rand cheaper from their competition! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ADVERTISING. They hook you and before you know it you are paying an increased premium - never happened to me before, only the last 5 years they started sliding backwards. I asked them to adjust the premiums as all my vehicle depreciated and my policy was not adjsuted accordingly. They then came back with another INCREASED premium based on some bull&%% stats! In the past 20 years with them I only received my outbonus twice! What a gimmick. I am a senior manager in the motor industry Outsurance, I can promise you now that I will bad mouth your company until the day I die, all over social, face to face and wherever I can! Every client that want to purchase from us will be informed of your dis-respect to clients, your incompetence, your false advertising, your poor levels of service to premiums and claims etc etc etc... I ended up paying Nineteen thousand rand repairs to my daughters vehicle, saving myself some money on premiums and a personal vendetta to discredit Outsurance for as long as possible! I am also still waiting on your so-called promise that you will take legal action against the 3rd party that damaged my daughters vehicle...
