I borrowed 500 in may, 15th July they debited 950 , on the 19th July they debited 760, i requested a refund they said i will receive after 7days, its now 14 days they are telling me that they will get back to me, i want my money, they even locked the debit i cant reverse it
i did a loan application with Makanda finance, they sent me an email that they approved my application, told me to send the required documents. the consultant who emailed me responded that she will be confirming employment, i phoned yesterday she told me that she will get back to me, she was quiet this morning when i email her for feedback she is telling me that they are no longer processing loans. my concern is the credit enquiry they did which will affect my credit record. i am very unhappy with Makanda finance

i am still having problems with debt clear SA, they are ignoring my emails and calls. they said i must pay R6500 they will remove the debt review flag i paid this money last year in july, till now nothing has happened, can debt clear SA give me my money back please
this company has placed me under debt review since 2014, i app**** for removal of the debt review flag in my name, but its still there.
this is my third review about debt clear SA, i paid 6500 in July 2022 , they promised to remove the debt review flag, till today im still not cleared, instead they keep lying to me sending whatsapp messages and only when i ask them for feedback, sometimes they dont even respond. i really need help with getting my money back because they did not help me and clearly they will not
i am very unhappy with the consultant who attended to my query, at Capitec Harrison Street, i am unable to download the capitec app, i went to the branch for assistant, The lady name tagged Verona told me that she does not know how to download on iphone i went on telling her that my cellphone banking also is not working she told me to try it as i was sitting with her i tried it and i entered a wrong pin, she said to me and I quote " mama you must read carefully" i told her that is not the right way to address a customer, she continued that i must read carefully when i asked her about the app on how we can do, she told me that she doesnt know. She was very impatient.
it seems like the only way i can use is hellopeter, to get feedback from debt clear SA, they advertised on radio that they will clear people from debt review, I paid R6500 in August 2022, they are no longer responding to my whatsapp messages. May they kindly give me my money back, because clearly they cannot help me. So that i can seek help somewhere else
my services have been off since november, on 21 december i received an sms that 2 debit orders have been unsuccessful and they had to disconnect my services, to stay connected i must pay R402.94, yesterday i made payments amounting to R610 but it is still disconnected and one of the consultants tells me that i must pay R242, i dont understand how it double in such a short space.
