I am extremely disappointed with Webafrica's customer support. I started my fibre package a month ago and was given a 3-month promotional rate, which was clearly stated in my email confirmation as R499 per month. However, every time I reach out for clarification, the agent Emily K insists that my promotion has ended, and I need to pay the full package rate. To make matters worse, the Webafrica portal is showing a different amount—R549 instead of the R499 I was told. I simply wanted an explanation for the R49 difference, but the responses I've received have been confusing and unhelpful. It's frustrating dealing with customer service that seems incapable of addressing straightforward questions. At this rate, I'm seriously reconsidering my choice with Webafrica.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Discovery Health. My authorization to see a doctor was denied, with Discovery claiming I failed to disclose a prior abdominal issue. When I initially signed up over the phone, the salesperson never asked about my previous diagnosis of GERD, which a doctor had identified last year. Since then, I have visited multiple doctors, each providing different diagnoses, and even had to visit the ER due to breathing difficulties, only to be told I had a panic attack. When Discovery recently contacted me about this issue, the representative mentioned they could have listed my GERD diagnosis under 'abdominal issues.' However, at no point during the sign-up process were we informed what conditions fall under 'abdominal issues' or that GERD specifically needed to be disclosed in this way. I trusted Discovery’s representative to guide me accurately through all necessary disclosures, yet now find myself unable to access critical care due to this lack of clarity. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable, and I expected far better from a company as well-known as Discovery. I strongly urge others to be cautious when choosing a medical aid provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Discovery Health, and I encourage anyone looking for health insurance to consider other options where transparency and customer care are prioritized.
Absolutely pathetic service!!!! I wouldn't go back to them ever again first contract gave me a router second contract I had to relocate and had a big issue with them and asked them specifically not to send another router because I already have their other router and they went and did the opposite,stupid clowns. Now they want to hand me over for the amount of two routers. Please be aware before you think of going to them.

Hatfield branch should be closed down. Please tell me why I paid for a combo and basically got the same as a regular... you are stealing from everyone. Thanks to the owner who has no business skills. We decided to contribute to buying from you but in return what do we get? Very disappointed!!!!
No happy at all. We phoned twice today because our fibre is still offline and we get an answer that they will come back to us shortly but we have to phone in again. The service we get now are ridiculous. We have work to do from home to make money to pay for this horrible fibre service! 2 days and 6 hours more or less each day without network and I still have to pay the full amount. What a shame but when you don't pay on time these businesses are quickly to cut us off. Pay more attention on your technical and after service than selling this product.
Do not trust this shop at all. Absolute last time I'm going there they are terrible at doing business and do more damage than repairing for that matter I hopeno one will fall in the same trap. Cost me R900 for absolutely nothing!!! Took my phone to another reliable repair shop and he showed me what they have done.
