Complaint – Poor Quality of your Vetkoek
Dear [Manager/Owner], Last week I bought a chicken mayo vetkoek from your shop on my way back from the university. When I got home and opened it, I found that it was mostly lettuce, tomato, and onion, with hardly any chicken in it. I had to look carefully to even find the chicken. I have supported your shop for many years and was always satisfied, but since the new opening, the quality has dropped significantly. I also support the garage with a full tank of petrol, but lately I drive past and choose to buy elsewhere. I work hard for my money and expect fair value when I spend it. If this continues, you risk losing loyal customers like myself. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure the quality improves. Sincerely, Alta Lategan

Useless!!
Hatfield branch should be closed down. Please tell me why I paid for a combo and basically got the same as a regular... you are stealing from everyone. Thanks to the owner who has no business skills. We decided to contribute to buying from you but in return what do we get? Very disappointed!!!!

Rudeness and refusing to help
I was at vetkoek maleis and not met by friendliness but by disgust. As i placed my order some of my order was refused with no notice of the reason given anywhere. I was bluntly ignored when i asked that a notice be made. Ill only go back there if im in the mood to pay for rudeness.
