Such a disappointment... Went to Kleine Rijke today, first of all, no one is answering the phones to provide any information... Right, got there... Everything is open, but the place is a mess, nothing set up as the "showroom" you would expect... NO one to assist.. My wife and I walked in and stood there for about 5min and no one came to assist us.. It looks beautiful on the pictures... But don't even waist your time and fuel to drive there..
Worst service ever... Place an order on the 15th of July 2023.. Never received any feedback that the items is in stock or out of stock.. Only heard from them afer we made contact regarding the parcel, then only we were told that there is no stock.. After that no feedback since... Trying to make contact, the number goes straight to voicemail and no replies on Whatsapp whatsoever.. Would not recommend them at all, rather go to a shop where you can buy and get you stuff immediately.. Made contact with a colleague that is friendly, but also just saying sorry she is only helping with the parcels and it is not her business... (My problem is not with the colleague..) This service is highly unprofessional.. STAY AWAY FROM JINI DESIGNS/ NURSING DESIGNS..
Really had the best service from Christoper van Zyl at We Buy Cars Silverlakes. Bought our second car today again from WBC and had Christopher as our salesman.. Truely the best service from beginning to the end. Every transaction just went smooth from the start! Thank you Christopher!
Absolutely horrible customer service.. Bought a stove and the thermometer is faulty.. Have contacted Hisense and their technician came to check and confirmed that it is faulty, report was given and credit was raised at Hisense.. And that is where it stopped... nothing else, it's been more than a week now, and I am sitting with a broken stove.. Now they first need to collect the broken unit before they can give me a new one.. Why not do it together as a swop?? How must I cook for my family when they eventually desides to bring the new stove... Pathetic if you ask me.... Really not happy...
Absolutely horrible service.. I've started to pay my debtors on my own due to horrible service of Zero Debt.. Been trying to find out my outstanding balances to get them of my name for more than a month now.. And no one is getting back to me at all.. Totally horrible!!
I ordered Vetkoek Maleis on Uber eats with the Buy on get one free special. But when the order got delivered I only got one vetkoek in my order!
I had a very bad experience with Afrihost since my first day of connection. They are not getting back to you at all and making all the promises. And also my account is not correct and Im not getting any feedback whatsoever.
I ordered my rain simcard on the 21st of December 2018. They delivered on the 4th of January 2019. Since the delivery I have been having problems connecting to the internet. Contacted rain, they then saw that the wrong simcard was activated on my account. Since then I could not connect to the internet but they still want to charge me, as I can see on my dashboard of my account that there is someone in Magalies connecting to the sim linked to my account. I am not getting any answers out of them.
Not satisfied with the service at all. Will not recommend RAM for any business or person to use as their delivery service. They just send automated responses and is not giving attestation to the problem that you are having.
I am waiting for my parcel way to long and the delivery is not taking place on the promised given time on a phone call. Very disappointed and will not make use of them again. Still waiting for my parcel
