I bought a triple decker meat pizza after I saw the advert on TV. It was horrible just as the people who helped me.

When I got home and opened it, I found that it was mostly lettuce, tomato, and onion, with hardly any chicken in it. I had to look carefully to even find the chicken. I have supported your shop for many years and was always satisfied, but since the new opening, the quality has dropped significantly. I also support the garage with a full tank of petrol, but lately I drive past and choose to buy elsewhere. I work hard for my money and expect fair value when I spend it. I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding a refund I have been awaiting for over five weeks. I made payments to SA Fines on 22 and 27 July to settle the amount I owed. However, when I attended an appointment for a new license card at the Gautrain station on 3 August, I was informed that my application was blocked and that I would need to make another payment—equal to the amount I had already paid on 22 and 27 July—before I could proceed. On 7 August, I requested a refund, which Lindsay escalated to finance. Again, on 16 August, I followed up, and Dillon escalated the request to finance again. I made yet another request on 26 August. Despite these repeated efforts, it has been five weeks since my initial request, and I have not received any update or refund. It is incredibly frustrating that while payments are processed in seconds, it has taken over a month with no resolution regarding getting my money back. The delay has caused significant financial strain, including missing my car payment this month, as I ended up paying R11,000 instead of the intended R5,500. The public should be warned to avoid using SA Fines due to these issues. The prolonged delay in processing my refund is unacceptable, and I am beginning to question whether this is a deliberate attempt to profit from the interest on my money. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter.

I started trading with them. They were speedy to phone then. In the meantime, I decided to withdraw my money by going to my account and asking to get my money out, but now nobody has reacted to me. Suppose I ask them to call me again, no reaction. They are sly, so they do not try to help me. Even when I try to log in with the login details they sent me, it doesn't allow me to do so. For me, it is critical to get that money back, but they do not even try to get back to me. The person I am referring to is Colbin Anderson.

Dear All. Please be careful. They are stealing people's money. I place my order for the air fryer on 2 November and after dozens of emails and asking my money back they just ignore me. Stay away.
