I am really happy with the way they handle a transaction. From the moment that you pay till you get your package, they let you know what is going on. They let you feel that the stuff you paid for, is yours, the moment the get the money and the handle you and your goodies with care. Thank you for great business. It is hard to go elsewhere.

I like a lot of what they do, but I don’t like it that they give Vitality goals which you can not complete. My goal for the last month was to watch educational video’s, which I did lots of times, again and again, but the app does not think that I did it, so my goal is still not completed. I called them about it and spoke to someone who sounded very professional, but she could not solve the problem and asked me to sent an e-mail which she coul forward to the technical team. I did that more than once, but no one called me back and me problem still exist. All I ask for, is that my goal can be marked as completed. If they want to ask some questions to check if I actually watched it, they are welcome. Just do something!
I had a problem with my geyser, contacted them via Hellopeter and my problem was solved really quick.
I got a solar geyser system from Nupower a few years ago. They use a third party for the tank of the system and I got a decent warranty. I was very happy, until the tank burst. I called the emergency number and they sent a technician in a short while, but then they told me that it is not their problem, because it was a third party tank and that I have to pay their callout cost, which I refused. (I reasoned that when i buy a vehicle and it brake down because of a third party part, then it is still the manufacturer’s problem to solve it. I will take the vehicle to the manufacturer and if it is under warranty, there will be no payment needed from me. That’s how it is. ) The problem is that they eventually got another third party tank and get it installed, but with electricity and not solar. Now Nupower refuse to go and fix it, because they want me to pay the initial callout fee first.
