I bought two pairs of shoes online, unfortunately they didn't fit. I was advised to go to the nearest store to sort it out. Which completely destroys the idea behind online shopping. I own a store that operates longer hours than other stores, so I never get to see a store unless I close mine. So I close on day to go sort it out and am met with the most unfriendly staff. I get a pair and within a few wears the stitching comes undone. So I go to the store and tell the unfriendly lady about it and she says bring them in and we'll see if we can assist you.. I was fuming. I have to close my store to be spoken to likewise done something wrong by some unfriendly lady. So I email takkie town to ask to assist me I will not return to that store. Ignored.. email again.. again... again.. I spam them on Facebook asking for help.. ignored. So I have a 1000 rand pair of shoes I can't use and I'm just being ignored. I suggest no one buys anything from them online it's a ****show if anything doesn't work out.
On the 4th Sept I app**** for fiber, with metrofiber. the 5th I got conformation emails and phone calls. The 6th the installation was booked. It's now the 14th Oct and I still don't have the internet. Many many emails and phone calls late, it's the 4th time I've closed my store to go meet an installation team only to find again, no one. This week I have tri3d to explain the story to everyone at metrofiber as you keep dealing with new people, hoping that they could actually get it right this time. Behold.. no.. I can't understand how such a big company can be run like this. If my business was run pike this it would be closed.
I bought a phone through them on the internet based on their good reviews, turns out its all ********. These people sell broken phones then waste your time after purchase. They don't bother replying to emails etc while my business is going out of business due to the fact I don't have a phone. 2 weeks of wasting my time now.. and not even a reply to my calls for assistance. Absolute good old pathetic South African service.
I've been trying all day to get hold of vodacom. 15 phone calls and 300 voice prompts I am still not any closer. All I want to do is sell their product in my shop and it's seems impossible. Spoke to numerous people and not one could help. All put me into another que who couldn't help! Pathetic really.
I went into Howick Capitec as I'm starting a business and need a card machine for my business. First the lady just gives me a number to call and I leave. Once I've called the number I'm told I must go back to the bank to get a statement.. this could have been done on my first visit. Then today I'm there to get a statement and the bank refused to help me because I won't put down my finger print!! This is illegal!! I haf my bank card and my SA I'D document! I asked for the bank manager but they clearly don't know the laws of this country either!
