I have been calling telkom numerous times now wanting to cancel my contract none of the agents is helping instead Ive been made to hold for minutes than call get hanged up....
Bad experience all time I need to call telkom to reconnect my line, after payment, it's been a week now.
I bought a product online now I need to return it back cause it doesn't fit properly I have been sending emails to dealsdaily with no reply.
Capitec client service and its fraud department failed to assist me when my account was hacked and got my money stolen from my account till this day they failed to assist me no feed back on their investigation their fraud department is useless I will never trust capitec with my money. 😡😡😡😞😒😒😒
Capitec bank is useless I have filled a fraud case with your fraud department each time I am. The one that need to call to egt feed back from. Them, all am. Getting are agents that are rude and not willing to help.... It's been 3months now going for 4 months getting the same answers that they are investigating and awaiting for marchentile bank to respond... How can this case take so long to wrap up I mean i was informed that my app and account was hacked and I even verified that I wasn't there one using the app this is unacceptable
