What a pathetic institution for equip future generations with skills and educations. You are unable to even execute a refund properly. Your staff puts the phone down even while students speaks to them. Your staff is unable to provide a refund form via email. Even the principals of the campuses are ineffective to ensure student queries and grievances are addressed. All the reviews on Hellopeter are poor for this institution, one star. The saddest part of the situation is that there is not even a complaints department.
Many thanks Ethan Cameron for your friendly and efficient help over the Christmas break period. I really appreciate your prompt help during my challenge.
The Discovery Vitality product is linked to Discovery Health and/or Discovery Life products. Discovery as a company does have other products such as short term insurance and investment products, but because they are not really lifestyle measurement products, they are not linked to Vitality, atleast, that's what the consultants say. I've been a Discovery Health member with 5 dependents for almost 15 years, which included the Vitality membership. I am also a Discovery Life and Investment client for a similar period. Needless to say, over the year, I've spent hundreds of thousands of rand on Discovery products. As the dependents become adults the Discovery Health premium increases. Hence I looked for other health (medical aid) products in the market as money is tight for everyone. This meant the Vitality has to be linked to life products as per the current set of Discovery rules. Like the Discovery Health products, the Discovery Life Products have age restrictions linked to there products. With the Discovery Health product, 21 is the age to transition to adult. With the Discovery Life products the age is 15 to join their own life product if not linked prior to that age. The problem I'm sitting with is that dependents who enjoyed Vitality benefits aged between 15 and 21 via the Discovery Health product, cannot do so as dependents on Discovery Life products. Why are the rules so stiff? Can your actuaries not think to create products with similar rules where the Vitality (non-stand-alone product) is linked? I am forced to move all my business to other providers as linked rewards are common practice nowadays!
