To Give a Rating Star, is Overgrading. Dealt with Clint. Initially, Good Service, All Hype. Invoiced ( was a Cash Deal ), made Arrangements for Transport ( I am in the E.C )...... Checked in just before I was about to do Payment, and was told that there is a Problem...... I was Told the "Owner" of the Bike Daughter want's her Bike "Back"....... Was Told that they will get me a Similar Bike..... I, E-mailed the Owner to ask what Type of Bussiness they were Running......NEVER got a Reply. Tip: Stay Away !
Staff Resignation Figures are Frightning. 3 Staff Resignations in 3 Weeks due to Utter Arrogant Management Communications. Distrust from Management Absurd towards All that walks through their doors. This Company, Blatantly takes Shortcuts on Staff Safety. Sending Staff to Perform Work in Unroadworthy Vehicle's ( Bold Tyres, Malfunctioning Brakes, Overheating Engines.) Tried to get the Department of Labour Involved to Secure the Safety of Employees. Absolute Inhumane and Pathetic Setup. Can't see them having their doors open in P.E for another 12 Months. Stay Clear from Bayteck Fire !

This Company ( Manufacturing of Motorcycle Decals ), based in Alberina, advertise Services on Gumtree. They use ads, and then can't deliver what is advertised. Paid the Co. Ordered, Received Incorrect Product and Short of what I ordered and Paid for... alot of Excuses, Promises of Fixing the Problem, then could not do that, Offered to Pay back the Funds.....NOTHING. Really Dissapointed and Disgusted.
Tavcor VW, William Moffet, are Not up to par with their Service Frontline Procedures and Service. Whether Staff are Trained Properly or Totally Oblivious to Persuing Customer Service Excellence, I can not say, but it is Poor. I will be moving my Fleet to a Different Brand and Maintenance to the Current Models ( that is out of Warranty ) to a Alternative Service Centre.. Communication does Not exist, Customer Expectation are Not met ( I Only require Minimum ). Tavcor William Moffet, have Serious Work and Catching Up to do compared to Rival Brand Service Centre's I Hope that you can Improve, as your Loyal Customers Deserves it !
