Large merchandiser in outskirts of Benoni where absolutely anything can be found from the proverbial elephant to a needle. Huge selection of wool, haberdashery, fabric, houseware, curtains etc. carpets, hardware needed for bathrooms kitchens etc. Well priced and affordable. Very friendly knowledgeable helpful staff in all departments. Ample safe parking, and smaller related shops to frequent. Worth the visit.#Win

Actually I should not give even one star but at least I can voice my complaint.my son has a complaint because of his finger having been partly amputated at work due to an unfortunate accident where other workers let a steel plate fell on his hand while he was welding. This was February 2020. All forms have been completed accordingly by medical staff and previous employer, been submitted via email now six times to the correct address...with absolutely no response whatsoever, not acknowledgement of receipt, no reference number, no nothing. I've tried to call numerous times to the call centre number, with no answer most of the time,other times and automated response which just suddenly cuts off. Thus must be the worst government institutions there is..in times like this with corruption and non compliance so rife, one would think that there should be more vigilance in doing the due diligence at an office like this. One of these days the time for claiming is past and then my son had list out on his recompensation. Which is not fair to a worker who had every right to it. Why have these institutions if they are not worth working for employees at all. They do nothing but still receive a hell of a lot better monthly payment than the workers they should help and assist.
Personal service from staff and management. They make a point to know customer how they want their meat products what they usually buy and what price they want to pay. Always fresh, free range meat, poultry and eggs.best biltong at most reasonable price in town also the fillet steak rib eye and the best ribs for braai. Contact in 0824664944
Good customer care during this lockdown period and the aftermath thereof when a lot of tenants are sure to have financial drawbacks. They are willing to make arrangements listen to your reasons for making arrangements and willing to negotiate better terms. Friendly staff is helpful and considerate. Any problems of a maintenance matter is tended to as soon as possible. I am happy with great service.
Kind and thoughtful personnel who gives high quality customer care ,ten to your specific needs and create an environment of open door mentally even if it's mostly on the phone.
If I could I would have given a zero. I live in a complex which they are managing. We have no wAter for the last 4 weeks. The first answer I received was that they were not aware of the problem. Then they started moving blame, then it was the AGM meeting that could not be held, then it was the council again, no joy whatsoever from them ..even if you send five emails a day, or phone. I have asked for plumbers to be sent to check all the pressure valves, and water pipes to see if all is working and that there are no clogged pipes...nada, nothing. This morning before five am. No water, as is the case everyday. Until ,,9 pm in the evening..but the full rent needs to be paid as a utility bill with water which we don't have access to. No I don't think they know their job, they are not interested in their clients, and they simply just don't care at all. They are not landlords, they are slumlords.
